I can't say enough great things about Lunette in Lynnfield. Their service is unparalleled both before and post purchase! I've purchased at different shops before and once you buy, the service falls off a cliff, this place couldn't be further from that experience! I've worked with Shannon a few times now and she is amazing!I recently purchased a new pair of glasses and come to find out, my eye doc messed up my prescription. When I reached out, the staff at Lunette were super accomodating and upon furnishing a proper prescription, they immediately rectified the issue (keep in mind that the issue was from my unaffiliated eye doc). When I went back to pick up the new glasses, they even performed an on the spot repair of my current frames which they noticed were pretty loose.If you're in the market for new glasses, do yourself a favor and go to Lunette in Lynnfield!

On Oct, 5th, 2022.My brother and me entered the store to get pair of glasses to his wife overseas, we were greeted by a nice gentleman and there was two ladies sitting behind the counter, he was going thru some selection and showing her some frames thru FaceTime, and suddenly the lady with the short blond hair (white) screamed at him when he touched the glasses inside the show case, she was very very rude and loud, she said “YOU CAN’T TOUCH OR PULL ANYTHING YOU HAVE TO LET US KNOW, YOU CAN’T DO THAT” there was a gentleman that was helping him, if he was doing something wrong he would have told him.Do you self a favour and don’t even bother shopping and giving business to this unprofessional lady.Wondering why the store was empty !!Once again the Lady that has the BLOND White short hair.

I have now had two unpleasant visits at lunette optics. The first visit was for in our exam which I would normally get from Dr. Joe over at my local Costco, but due to Dr. Joe being so well liked he is booked out for a month and a half. Upon getting my eye exam he had put some sort of eyedrops in my eyes leaving my eyes irritated for the last several months. I was offered a trial pair of contacts lenses which I excepted and made an appointment To have them fitted and a quick training. I showed up a few minutes late and was told to wait while they notify the doctor. I then waited for ten minutes just to be told he now didn't have enough time for my appointment. I feel as if I wasn't made to wait for 10 minutes in the lobby that we would've had plenty of time for the quick training. The doctor was very condescending; Not sure why, I am only speculating but maybe it was because I was in my work attire. No sweat off my brow. I would however recommend that you go into Dr. Joe at Costco on Newburyport street in Danvers. He is worth the wait.

They have the most fabulous collection of frames north of Boston! I've bought frames and had them do my fairly complicated prescription multiple times and the glasses always come out great! This year I bought some really unique Lindberg frames & I've had strangers tell me they like them (even during covid!). They're at market price for the high end brands they sell so the prices seem fair.

The saving grace for this place is that it's the best place around to have your eyes tested. We have our tests annually, and it's always efficient. Dealing with the rest of the staff is a bit hit or miss. Ask for Anthony, who seems to be the best of the bunch.

They have the coolest frames around, including a wide selection of Face a Face and Anne et Valentin that you won't find elsewhere. I usually go to the Lynnfield location. Service is exceptional. I had a pair of glasses made recently at Lunette, using an incorrect prescription I'd received from one of those big chain optical stores. Lunette's optometrist then gave me a more thorough and accurate prescription, and Lunette remade eyeglasses at no additional cost. They're the best!

Horrible customer service. Place could care less about helping you. Went in and pretty much ignored, I would ask questions and get basically nothing helpful in return. Have no idea why this place is rated so high

I came by hear to get an eye exam, since I was overdue for one and had been putting it off due to the pandemic. I was glad to see that they carefully controlled the number of people in the office and I was able to wear a mask for the whole appointment. While it turns out that I didn't need new glasses because my prescription didn't change, it was a good experience, and easy to get an appointment relative to other places that I'd looked. I'll definitely be back.

Terrible experience. Yesterday afternoon I stopped into the store looking for a pair of sunglasses. I had a brand and style in mind, I wasn’t just browsing. The sales gentleman could not have been any ruder or act like I was putting him out any more if he tried. I walked out and have since purchased my sunglasses at a different retailer.

Wow! No wonder Lunette Optic has won so many Best of Boston awards. Great selection of chic glasses and the service is outstanding! I'm used to aimlessly walking around optical shops, trying on random pair of glasses on my own and not getting much feedback. Several times, I have bought glasses that are the wrong size and/or inappropriate for my low nose bridge. Last month I visited two different Lunette Optic branches and had a wonderful experience both times. The staff are friendly, knowledgeable and attentive. They listened carefully to the style of glasses I like and then hand picked several glasses for me to try on. They also gave me their honest opinion on which glasses they thought were most flattering for my face. If you are looking for a personal shopper to help you choose your next pair of glasses, this is the place to go! Thanks Ted and Bryan!

I've been a customer at Lunette Optic (both the Boston and Lynnfield locations) since 2012. I've always had a wonderful experience. The front desk staff and my optometrist area always very friendly and caring. I also appreciate they carry a wide variety of brands and even ones that are about to be discontinued - I remember earlier this year they went out of their way to get me the glasses I wanted from a brand that was discontinuing that style.During this pandemic, I had to visit Lunette because my contacts prescription expired. And even though I moved a good distance, they were able to take me in when other places around me were heavily booked into the fall. I appreciated their policies and response to COVID and felt very safe during my visit. Even though I'm farther away, Lunette will always be my optometrist of choice.

I was there tonight looking at Oliver People glasses. I was helped by Jennifer Swaddle and couldn't have been helped by a better representative . Not only was she extremely knowledgeable about glasses, but she even went out of her way to adjust the glasses I was wearing. This leave of customer service is rare. And it left such a beautiful feeling about the company. I will definitely be using them for all my eyeglass needs going forward.
