Went to the store today got there at 10am lights were on no staff to be seen. 7 people waiting 1010 still no staff to be seen and doors were still locked!!! All 7 patrons wanting to buy lululemon products left! Listening to other patrons standing outside in the rain they have come multiple times and ran into the same issue!!! ?

Front register is slow and inattentive. There were 3 registers, all of them were occupied as I was next in line. One of the registers was finished but then the worker just left completely ignoring me. The rest of the 2 registers remained occupied for the next 5 minutes. There were workers behind the desk that weren't attending to other customers and simply ignored me. I guess they were too busy talking and I know they saw me but they just didn't help me check out. Then finally the workers stopped talking and checked me out. I only had 1 item. The transaction took less than a minute. There was no reason for them to think that their conversation was more important. During the transaction the worker only asked if I had a phone number with them and that's it. I said thank you afterwards and she just walked away and resumed talking to her coworker. Bad customer service. It made me not even excited for my purchase anymore. She seemed very standoffish and didn't even seem like she wanted to check me out. Awful experience.

What Im about to write down won’t be for all of the employees but one blond girl who was at the cashier making my return she’s far from being professional! Definitely they have to training her better to be at the cashier !First of all I was Returning couple of items 1 of this item was bought thru Lulu instagram and she couldn’t find and call the manager the manager was also not qualified or trained to deal with that and bothof this women was being so mean to saying if I don’t have the bar code they will refund me the lowest price which was $19 and bla bla bla I told them they will have to refund me whatever I have paid for !Later the girl found my purchased and she started scanning my new purchase reducing the credit I had from returns but she was scanning and removing the hangers very aggressive that one of the hangers hit her co-worker On her leg !At the end I paid $144.38 and I gave her $160.38 I don’t know what she did but she couldn’t do it right and give my $16 back and she ask her co-worker to help her out and I have to said “THIS IS SO FUNNY” her coworker manage the situation and gave me back my change and I left and they both was making funny !FOR THE MANAGER I have to said You have and need to train your employees better this is not funny at all you guys have to know how treat clients not do what you did to me and ask “what’s matter” when you show up To try to return my cap from lulu instagram !If you guys aren’t happy doing what you have to do just leave the opportunity to another .I DO NOT recommend this location at all.

The staff here are wonderful, inparticular Jam. She is a treat, very informative and knowledgeable about the products. Her guest service was impeccable made me feel welcome and accommodating. I went in for an exchange and she made it effortless on my part. Bravo to the Lululemon Lynnfield staff. Thank you

Very clean well kept store. They had many different products to sell, we purchased a Fanny pack which my daughter loves. The employees were all very young and not that helpful. They didn’t greet us upon entering and did not help us while walking around. The prices were very expensive. Although they did have a military discount of 15% which was very helpful.

this company said they were a rental car company and took $500 off my card and then I find out that this address where the money was taken is 1300 market st Lynnfield MA. So to people out there this is a warning to pay attention and be care don't get taken like me

I had a terrible customer experience at this store. The store clearly closes at 9 PM but as I was walking up at 8:36 PM, 5 feet from the door, an employee locked the door in my face. Maybe they didn’t see me? Then the rest of the employees (at least 3 others) ignored me for the next 20 minutes while I stood at the door. There was a customer in the store shopping and buying throughout this entire time. When they let the customer out, they claimed that they closed early because of “store renovation”. I typically like Lululemon but the employees at this location could use some extra training.

Unlike some of these other reviews, I had a wonderful experience at this lululemon. Katie, who was working the dressing room area, was super nice and helped me feel confident in what I was wearing. The two that helped at checkout were also very knowledgeable and friendly. Would definitely shop here again!

The ABC slim fit pants are probably the best fitting pants for men in the market. They look good and can be used for any occasion. This store is conveniently located in Lynnfield Marketplace, where you can go eat lots of different foods. Lululemon is the best!

this specific lululemon location just isn't it for me. i like the pants there but i'll even skip this store sometimes overall bc it gets way too busy. staff definitely seem pressed too.
