Terrible customer service. Went to do returns of a few pair of jeans in exchange for store credit and was told I was not able to do that. The person at the cashier working 11/19 in the morning said the policy will be changing and gave me tons of attitude. She said for future reference I would not be able to do this despite Levi policy saying I could and me reaching out to a representative. Terrible attitude and extremely rude. Please learn how to treat customers nicely and follow the policies of the company that you work for. It’s not my fault that I am able to get store credit.

Terrible customer service and attitude from Olivia and Jeanie at this store. I have never encountered such an obvious miserable and unprofessional interaction like this one. I hope they don’t treat other customers like this, they have definitely lost my business at this store.

Kevin did a great job repairing my jeans. I dropped them off and they were shipped back 2 weeks later. Definitely coming back for future repairs

Was nice to see an older store still around. They had both older and modern apparel. I liked a number of things and my daughter made a few purchases.

I visited the Levi’s in Lynnfield Market to return an online order and make an exchange. Mind you, the store had just opened for business the day before. Anyway, all of the employees made by experience a really smooth one. I left impressed with how well the store was run for being so new. Not only that, it was gorgeous, and well stocked.After getting home, I yet again needed to make an exchange (the sizing can be tricky). They were more than willing to refund the order, but I really wanted the jeans and they made sure to help me find a pair that I liked.The icing on the cake was when the store manager (blondish hair) pushed me to try on a pair of jeans in a size I would never consider buying. They’re perfect. Thank you for helping me find jeans I LOVE!

Just visited the Levi’s Lynnfield store for the first time. Excellent customer service and items. Highly recommend the custom Jean experience!
