Just leased a 2024 jeep compass a few days ago. Can’t say enough positive things about my salesman Christian Montesinos. He doesn’t give off the typical salesman vibes! No pressure, and honest. Everything was smooth and pleasant. I left very happy and plan to keep leasing with Jeep in lynnfiejd and hopefully Christian is still there at the end of my lease !! The show room is beautiful and the coffee bar is a nice addition ?

Tim Littlehale in sales provides exceptional service for his clients. Our jeep was showing issues, and Tim linked up with his service team to ensure we were seen as soon as possible to get fixed up. Service team manager Adam and others (David) were extremely helpful and friendly. Definitely feel like we are in great hands!

I brought my Jeep baby into Kelly because there was a recall on the airbags. I was notified by NHTSA. However it took Jeep dealer two years before the dealership acknowledged it. Not sure how that works but would have assumed dealers would also have known

Asked them to look up a radio theft prevention code on their dealer connect website. After telling me no, even after i explained how simple of a task this was, they then said "ill go talk to the manager" and hastily came back with a $190 diagnostic charge ?.
I had everything they needed, the VIN amd Serial of the Radio. There was no diagnostics required, they just needed to type the serial number into a website. I laughed and walked out because thats the type of attitude you get when someone genuinely doesnt want to help a customer. I was trying to fix my little sisters car for her to go to school.
Anyways, $9 on ebay and they get you the 4 numbers you need in a matter of minutes.
This is EXACTLY why i own a Land Rover Defender and not a Jeep.

The worst experience I've had at a dealership or any place of business. Extended warranty on my 2018 Jeep Grand Cherokee ends THIS Dec. or at 100k miles. My car is at 101k miles and the dealership and warranty team/service team/ sales team will not cover or make exception. We originally had the car towed to our local mechanic who confirmed the issue is, in fact the engine. Kelly is weeks out from even being able to run diagnostics for $199 no less, with no available loaner and refuses to make an exception AFTER I spoke with Jeep Support for HOURS yesterday and they said to have the car brought there. Not to mention I have called numerous times and spoke to different people--- not once did they have my phone number, VIN or any notes. Kelly does not care about customers. This was an opportunity to earn a client for life and we are now in the process of having the vehicle towed elsewhere. They've left us with NO viable options and don't seem to care a bit or stand behind their product whatsoever. All I get is " it's an older car" it's FIVE YEARS OLD. Will NEVER purchase another vehicle from here or refer anyone. RUN

I had an amazing experience with Stephen Sirois; he helped me a lot from the beginning showing me a very good intentions to help me finding my best options, he is an example about doing your job with passion and professionalism, is very hard to find people like him in this new generation. Positive and easy purchase experience.Chris Montesinos was our sales consultant. I would rate him 5 stars as a sales consultant. He was courteous, very knowledgeable of the Jeep vehicle we expressed interest in purchasing. He answered all our questions with complete and thorough answers. There was no pressure to complete the purchase. He guided us with professionalism and extreme courtesy.

Just purchased a jeep grand Cherokee that was on lot today. Kristen & Steve worked hard to get me in the car I wanted. Everything worked out ,drove away happy. They got it done no pressure. Thank you I would go see them if you’re interested in a jeep .
