Worst service I've ever experienced in my life. Brought in vehicle for 20k maintenance, yellow check engine light, and inspection sticker. The vehicle is 15 months old and was purchased at this dealership (along with a 100k mile warranty). I was told 1 hour wait time at beginning of appointment for all three items. After 2 hours I checked in at service desk and the representative "forgot to come get me" when my vehicle was done. By done, he meant they completed the 20k service, but not the inspection sticker or the diagnosis of the check engine light. I'll have to return to the dealership to get those done (although at the onset of the appointment I was told they would be completed within the hour). They also "forgot" to wash the vehicle and the "vacuum was broken" so they couldn't clean the inside of the car either. So I have to go back and spend another half-a-day at the dealership. Not tomorrow morning, first thing, but in 8 days which was their next available appointment. My wife called to talk to the service manager but he was "in a meeting and will call as soon as he gets out." Still waiting on that call... No apologies, no offers to take care of it sooner, no mention of a loaner vehicle for the second trip to the dealership, no call back. No nothing. Everyone is short staffed these days, many people are trying their best, and I am typically very lenient when it appears that a team or individual is clearly overworked or understaffed. This wasn't even close to the boundary of what I'd deem acceptable for service on a even in today's challenging employment climate.

less than 1 star if I could I bought car for cash racist Greg service manager charged newly widowed and now single mother a few months later charged me over $2000 for wheel bearings than another $2000 for inspection sticker. never did it when my white husband was alive. will never go back!

I bought my car from this location years ago and it was always my one and only place to take my car for any service or repair. However after leaving many positive reviews after my previous visits, the last 2 times I was absolutely disappointed to the point that now I am thinking how many times I was charged for no good reason!! here is why: My left brake was making squeaking noise, so I had the team to fix it. I was told I need to replace Caliper disk brake and some other pieces which ended up costing me over $700. Took the car back home and the issue wasn't fixed! So back again, this time I was told they have replaced the right side!! (why? not sure when issue was on left side), so they told me they will need to do the same on left side to make the issue goes away. After spending around $600 on top if that $700, I was once again left with a car that was not fixed!! I called them and made an app again for when I am back from my trip, when couple days prior to the appointment they called me to say they don't have enough staff and wanted to reschedule my appointment, after fighting back and insisting to keep my appointment, they finally gave me an appointment. But at that point something hit me hard, why would I have to fight for my app to begin with on the issue that they never fixed yet charged me over 1K!!!! so I canceled my app and decided to go to another shop. Took a copy of my repairs at this dealership and when I showed them to the new shop, they laughed at me!! I guess what happened to me was common in dealership. Basically getting charged for something that was not needed to change so I had to go back and spend more money on the small issue which could only be solved with changing a brake pad. I recommend to everyone to shop around before letting them to fix what was not even broken and save your time and money!! I would not go back to this location for sure.

Tried to schedule an oil change 5 times before it actually was scheduled. Every time I called they told me that the scheduler would call me back. After five tries I told them if I did not hear back I was going somewhere else. The guy finally called me back and scheduled the oil change and inspection for the yearly sticker. I ended up walking out spending $411. Yes $411! They would not pass the jeep because of a bent windshield wiper blade. The windshield wiper WORKED FINE. I didn't even know there was an issue it worked so well. I had no choice but to pay to get a new one. $411 later I walked out feeling completely ripped off!!! Do better Jeep! I will never take my jeep to this location again. It has been endless issues with them over the past year. Do yourself a favor and go to a jeep dealership that respects their customers and not out to make a dollar. Making ends meet is hard enough without being scammed! TOTAL RIP OFF!!!!

Bought 2 vans from here. A 2016 Dodge Grand Caravan and then a 2018 Dodge Grand Caravan. I should've known better after my first purchase. They were rude and deceptive. I figured the first time was a one time experience. I don't know what I was thinking buying another car from them. 4 years later and I still regret my decision to shop here. I will NEVER do business with this place ever again.

Inquired about a jeep online sent the stock number and gentleman called me 2 times that am to say car was in stock. Arrived saw the car had my name as reserved on it, drove it and went to purchase it. The price was $3000 higher he said oh that was another vehicle and that one was sold. The jeep I drove was Same features 12,000 more miles and $3000 . Asked for manager and they would not price match the original car I was suppose to be buying. Waste of time I drove from NH to there

I recently brought my vehicle in to Kelly Jeep Chrysler for a recall of parts replacement. The service manager, Jonathan Lemming, is an outstanding, intelligent, professional gentleman. He helped me through the process flawlessly. I would highly recommend this dealership for sales or service solely based on Jonathan's performance. This gentleman is an excellent example of how a service representative should execute his duties. Thank you, Jonathan!

The service and communication here is awful. When purchasing my car, I was told to come pick it up to then find out it had not been inspected yet. I had to come back the next day, though they said it was ready. Additionally, when I had to bring it back for some work, I was not offered a loaner car and when I asked, I was told that I need to book it in advance, when it should be their job to ask. Then finally, I had to continuously call to check on the car to see what the status was after I dropped the car off at 7:30AM (appt was at 8) for them to begin the work at 5PM, when I shared that my ride was unavailable after 4:30 and asked if they would be finished by 3 and the answer was yes. Every time I have stepped foot in there, the assistance was minimal.

I bought a 2021 Jeep wrangler sport in September. I went to the Dealership after a few days because when I go on the highway the steering is very loose, scary loose. The mechanic said there is no update for the steering on the computer. He told me to put a steering stabilizer on bigger tires. I put on a steering stabilizer and made it 40% better. I am putting bigger tires on and put the best spacers on it. The other night on the Highway I was driving and trying to control the steering passing some I heard a snap. 2 lug nuts on my right front tire broke. I called Kelly Jeep and it took the mechanic 3 1/2 hours to get back to me and I tried calling the service manager, the receptionist told me he was busy and will call me back and never did. So after 2 times talking to them I can't get a straight answer. The first time they should have checked the Steering. It will really suck if I'm on the highway and I get in a bad accident !!

I bought a 2 year old jeep. They talked me into buying extended warranty. And a tire warranty. For an additional $3000. I got a flat tire when I brought it to Kelly to replace because I had bought the tire warranty. Kelly jeep told me the tires were to old and not covered by warranty. I spoke to the manager and told him I had bought the jeep and tire warranty from Kelly jeep about a year ago. Kelly still didn't fix tires. So I had to go to a tire company ntb the told me the tires were 6 years old and all needed to be replaced. 6 year old tires on a 2 year old jeep. Kelly jeep is full of dishonest people from the salesman to the management. There are other jeep dealers. STAY AWAY FROM KELLY JEEP THEY ARE A RIP OFF. FIND AND OTHER JEEP DEALER OR ANY OTHER CAR DEALER. DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY AND TIME.
