Bought a container of Brigham vanilla ice cream and made a float with cola. As I was finishing it, I could detect an alien taste, heavy, gamey and unpleasant, like a piece of spoiled animal flesh. I immediately spit it out and repeatedly rinsed my mouth out with several mouthfuls of mouthwash and the aftertaste is still there, absolutely disgusting.

It's barely expired right away before the expiration date that showed on that brand. I purchased it from the store June 3, 2023. I always place it in the refrigerator after use .But today is June 19, 2023 , when I drink it, it's tasted spoiled, so I discontinued. I hope next time , the manufacturer should have a better estimate the best by date.

You are fantastic. I grew up in Pittsfield MA and Hood was always used at my home. Everything they made was fantastic but most of all is their Eggnog!!! I can’t wait every year until the time Eggnog arrives!! To this day the Golden Eggnog is a dream come true. Thank you to everyone at Hood, you are my Santa Claus!!

I think Hood has the very best Egg Nog, however, their packaging stinks. Tonight while trying to open the half gallon I had to pry it apart. When I tried pouring a glass the product went everywhere except in the glass. I had almost an identical experience with the last purchase. If it doesn't have a screw cap on the container I will no longer buy it. The containers that do not have a screw cap are certainly not user friendly.

Hood is the only dairy products I will buy. They have been in my life forever, as a child, as a mother and now, as a grandmother! To hear the video joy of my grandson with his 1st Hoodsie cup, omg my ❤️
