We had an appointment for service on our vehicle at 9:00 am on January 30th. At the time when we made the appointment we requested a loaner car but were told one wouldn’t be available for 2 weeks but were assured we would be provided a ride. Upon arrival I asked if a loaner car was available but was told no but I was told I could have a ride. I waited for an hour for a ride which I thought was unreasonable. I was also told I would get a call with an update on our vehicle but 1:30 came around and no phone call. I called to get an update but the service advisor was unavailable so I spoke to someone else who at first couldn’t find our information on the computer but then he did and said that it wasn’t assigned to anyone. I asked if I could speak to a manager, so after being on hold for a bit l, Miguel came on the phone. His tone and demeanor seemed very condescending and frankly rude. It was quite surprising that he is the service manager. At no time did he apologize when I explained the situation. Both people I dealt with prior to him were at least polite. He told me our vehicle was being diagnosed and when I asked an approximate time to have an update he said it would take a couple hours. I had to ask if he would let the advisor know and he said he would email him. So we went to wait for our vehicle and as it turned out it was ready and just waiting in line to be washed. So the service manager never really checked on our vehicle as he stated. We had told the service advisor that we were treated rudely by the service manager and he stated that he told him we said that but he never made any attempt to apologize to us. This person isn’t someone you’d expect to be working at a Herb Chambers company because he lacks the courtesy and kind customer service that you always would receive when doing business here.

Everything went well, took a little longer than expected but with that in mind it went pretty smoothly.

Service & staff were great. Only suggestion is some waiting room chairs that are designed for us elderly folks. They were VERY LOW and I had to wheel a desk chair over so I could get in and out of them. The ones there probably designed for 20 somethings.A few other customers commented on it, and said for a Cadillac dealer, you would think the chairs would be designed to help elderly in and out of the chairs.

Went in for a light that came on to check transmission they could not find anything wrong took over 3 hours and they asked if I wanted to have vehicle washed I said ok the keys were on the service desk and no one told me it was done waited another hour before I asked about my vehicle. The service Girl was great but others were slow to act.

Very friendly staff from front desk through sales and other folks on the premises. I’d describe the entire sales process as “supportive and informative”, never pressured (Idelmy was awesome)! We happily drove away in our new Cadillac the next day!

As usual, Ted Bouchard far exceeded expectations and explained in detail how all systems of our NEW XT6 worked. Beautiful car, can't wait to drive it. This is our 4th Caddy from Hetb Chambers and we keep going back because of the care we experience there.

We went in to the dealership knowing that we were going Cadillac and with one of two different models (gas sedan or EV) based on our research. What we didn't know was how these models actually drove vs what research told us. Our sales guy was Clark. Without any hassles at all he got us test drives in two versions of the gas model and the EV. With that we settled on the EV fairly quickly. Our purchasing experience with Clark was great! We were able to get the cost before talking downpayment, trade, or financing. This was probably the best car buying experience we've had in many many years.

Danny was able to squeeze me in the day after I called for a diagnostic and battery change. Amazing service! The only complaint is that the robot on the phone asks you all this information (like your name, address, etc.) and then the human you actually talk to doesn’t have any of the information so you have to repeat it.

Absolute 5 star excellent and professional service by the team at Herb Chambers Cadillac Lynnfield. Mario and Miguel were extremely accommodating. Mario, my service advisor, knew i had my 3 toddlers with me when I dropped off my car for service and saved me a loaner car that had 3 rows to accommodate all my kids car seats. I really appreciate that Mario went the extra mile to remember that I needed an extra large loaner car similar to my Escalade to accommodate 3 rows for my kids car seats. When I arrived for my appointment my loaner car was already there waiting for me in the service bay and Mario helped me moving all my belongings and car seats over. Mario was very prompt in getting me on my way but also made sure I understood everything. He had my service job completed promptly and upon my return had my Escalade waiting for me in the service bay. Mario and Miguel were both extremely helpful in aiding me transfer my 3 toddlers, car seats, stroller and belongings back into my vehicle from the loaner car. They had all the paperwork prepared (and even apples and snacks for my kids). Complete 5 star service team over at Herb Chambers Cadillac Lynnfield, I’m so happy I purchased my Escalade from this dealership!

I went here for the first time to get routine maintenance done. Bennie and Miguel were really professional and communicative about everything regarding my vehicle. I’m not a fan of most dealerships, but I’d take my car here again.

We just bought a Cadillac XT4 from this place and Idelmy the salesperson did a fantastic job. He provided us a great customer service through the whole process making it very easy and smooth . Thank you Idelmy and thank you Cadillac of Lynnfield for providing such a high level of service .
