I was sold and given a car that was unsafe and stated has not previous damage. The car had a damaged left fender, a gash on the hood, the calipers where frozen, the breaks were down to 2mm, the rotors where warn out, the air filters looked as if they were never replaced, coolant was not topped off, and there was damage to the tire wall. I was informed by the sale associate that service would be completed to the vehicle prior to releasing the vehicle as that did not happen. The vehicle had to be towed from my home. When I went to go pick up the vehicle after allegedly being repaired, it still was still making a noise. So, I returned the vehicle. I was informed the registration and financing loan would be canceled and it took repeated phone call for this to occur. I was informed I would receive a refund for the down payment I gave for the vehicle and still have not received it as of today. I would never do business with this dealership gain and highly suggest you don’t either. They listed the car back on their website for sale, and I have yet to receive my refund. I am not sure where any of this acceptable. The sales associate Steve’s response was at some point you need to understand you bought a used car. Excuse me, I purchased a used car at what I thought was a reputable car dealership, not a mom and pop dealership!

Craig was an absolute delight to work with. Guided me to the right car. I would recommend him and only him to anyone looking to purchase a mercedes in their future.I only gave 4 stars because the car I was coming in to purchase was going through detailing for when i arrived and another salesman took it from under my feet. Not appreciated but glad Craig was able to help me find a similar car at a better cost!Thank you Craig!

LISTEN TO THE BAD REVIEWS!!! DO NOT BELIEVE THEIR “INSPECTION”!! I bought my car on Tuesday January 2. I was told the car was ready to pick up the following Friday. I live a hour away so I called before I left to pick it up and they said it was ready. when I arrived to pick it up, I was told it actually wasn't ready because the tires had dry rot!!! This was a shock because they claim to do a very thorough inspection that includes a depth check on the tires. They told me they had to replace the tires and they’d deliver it to me the next day. After not hearing from them all day I call and find out the car actually won’t be ready till Monday because they were waiting for parts. When I picked up the car on Monday the 8th I was informed for the first time that there was also a problem with one of the windows and I'd have to come back. After I got my car, I still had to go get an inspection sticker myself and it failed because the drivers side headlight was facing the ground. I brought my car into the service center on Monday the 15th to fix the window and the headlight. After I left, I noticed the rubber part of the window wasn't put back right and it was hanging over my door!!! They “fixed” the headlight and it’s facing forward and did pass inspection but it does not fit properly, there’s a gap which water can get into and cause damage. I’ve brought this issue up to them twice and they are now unresponsive even though my car is still within their warranty!!!!!!

If I could give zero stars I would have. Took my brand new 2023 Mercedes Benz glb 250 here for service twice with a 8:30 am appointment only to lose my vehicle the first time for three days to change a new battery and then to lose it for a day to fix the defective moonroof sun shade. Totally unacceptable for the lack of communication and service. Not expecting this from a Mercedes Benz dealership.

This car dealership’s dishonesty is so troubling that I feel compelled to write this review to protect future customers. BUYER BEWARE.BOTTOM LINE: We bought the car for $18,997 on 7/30/2023. Less than 6 months later we have had to spend exactly $4,499 on items that “require immediate attention” making the car unsafe. The fact that a dealership would sell a car in this condition to a young family with a postpartum wife and a newborn infant in their hands is appalling and destroys the reputation of Herb Chambers and this specific dealership. See attached image for just a few of the critical issues found in the car after the sale…Honda was so shocked they even gave us some of the rotted/rusted parts.DETAILSWe bought a used minivan purchased under the typical promise of Herb Chambers point inspections…30 minutes into our drive off the lot ---with a newborn infant in the car, the check engine light comes on. We contacted the dealership and even submitted a picture of the light and got the following reply from the agent who sold us the car “if you send it to a Honda dealership obviously, they will say everything is wrong…”Sure enough everything was wrong. As the weather began to cool, we tried to use the remote start –one of their selling points….and it was not working. Originally the agent also told us that there was a spare key for us (of course just verbally), then at the moment of signing he said he would look for it…we never got the key.Since we had a baby and the dealership was an hour away, we were unable to come back and in good faith accepted the agent’s verbal dismissal of the check engine light…which he said sometimes just “goes on for no reason.”After a few months of the light not turning off we heard a few troubling sounds from the car and decided to bring it to a local Honda dealership.We contacted the sales rep numerous times and never heard back. Then we contacted the general office and were assured that they would get back to us. At a minimum, you would expect the company to pay for these repairs.

Skip Peterson, Ibe Ogwu, and Anthony Alvarado are making dreams come true at Flagship Motorcars! My wife and I just bought our first Mercedes, a certified pre-owned GLA 250 - which has been my dream car for years - and the whole experience was wonderful. Since we live in Norwood, a good 1.5 hour drive during evening rush hour, we arrived not long before closing for our test drive/purchase visit and our pickup visit. On the first occasion both Skip and Ibe stayed late even though a snowstorm had just started coming down. The night we picked up the car Skip welcomed us with a gorgeous bouquet of roses and Anthony ducked in and out of the pouring rain to show us the ins and outs of our new car. The whole team went above and beyond to make us feel welcome, valued, and special. Thank you all!
