Stephen the service advisor at Flagship Motorcars of Lynnfield is great. I'm always in a hurry and no matter if I want a rental, a ride home or wait for the service, Stephen is extremely accommodating. The service performed on my auto is excellent.

I was scheduled for Service B maintenance at Flagship Motors in Lynnfield but caught a flat tire a couple of days before, so I couldn’t drive to the dealership. I called them, and they gave me the number for Mercedes roadside assistance, which picked up my car free of charge and provided a complimentary lift service if needed.
I received prompt communication via text with updates and links to recommended services, categorized as urgent or near-future needs. Approving these services was easy with a click on my phone. The team was thorough, replacing my spark plugs and fixing an oil leak, replacing my break pads, among other things.
Although it was a bit pricey, it was worth it as my car now runs like the first day I bought it. The exceptional service—from the receptionist and roadside assistance to the service center and their seamless use of technology—made for an OUTSTANDING customer experience!

I worked with Stephen in service. He was incredibly attentive and compassionate. There is a reason why I always come to Lynnfield vs the other MB locations. Renan is on top of things, always has a positive attitude, explains what is being done to the car, and gives me updates.
