John is very welcoming and extremely knowledgeable about Eddie Bauer's available products, how they fit differently based on style, etc. I didn't end up purchasing anything today but he helped me understand what fits since my body shape has changed sizes over the years. Thanks John! :)

I love the new coat I purchased. The staff are helpful and can order items that are not in stock with free shipping. They send $10 rewards every few months.
