Went into the store to do an upgrade. He started to disparage AppleCare insurance and I told him I have actually had a great experience with it though the years. Then the unethical sales person told me I had to purchase the AT&T insurance for the device. Absolutely required. I laughed and said I will go elsewhere. I would not use this store and stick with online support. Online confirmed the insurance is always optional which I knew. I wonder how many people he has done this to….

My sales rep was Alaa F. This store will act like they are helping you. The woman pushed a "free" Apple Watch with my trade in. She said I will be getting $300 off my total. Never gave it to me and now stuck with paying an Apple Watch off. LIARS !!!!! do not purchase here.

Andraya @ the Lynnfield store was amazingly helpful and patient assisting us with adding an unlocked phone to our plan. A multi-tasker, she chatted with us and greeted other customers while waiting for her computer to update information. She didn’t miss a beat! After everything was all set, Andraya took the extra time and effort to show my niece how to use her two SIM cards correctly. Andraya is A+ !!

Had to wait over an hour…there were sales people available but they wanted me to work with the guy I had spoken with previously. AT$T can handle commission however they want. I don’t care. I do care about having to waste my time for no good reason when any other employee could have handled the sale. Oh and attitudes there suck…the sales person seemed exasperated and annoyed at everything.

I came into the store today in a panic because I couldn’t make any calls (video or audio) or access the internet. I use my phone solely for my work, so when it stopped working, I was stuck! Thankfully, Jacob came to the rescue. He kindly and calmly explained what might be going on and troubleshooted a bunch of things to be sure. He also realized I was overpaying on my current plan and offered me a new plan that has all of the features I need, but costs less. Awesome!I really appreciated all the help and for figuring out what was wrong.. you saved the day! :-)

My experience was that they broke where the sim card is inputted causing my phone to not be able to work with a sim card going forward.....its been over 4 weeks I was told by their manager that I would receive some sort of compensation and we have not heard anything back even though we have continued to reach out to them. I have also tried calling the store and get no where other than they are busy and can not speak to anyone right now and get hung up on. I would never do business with this store again and warn all those who are thinking of going there. STAY AWAY!!!!

Quinten made the experience of upgrading my mom’s phone simple. He was knowledgeable, kind and helped her with everything for purchasing her phone, plan and accessories. I would highly recommend Quinten and the staff at AT & T at Market Street Lynnfield.

I use this store hands down for their customer service. I love being able to have a face to face conversation with a polite associate who follows through, not wait on hold and talk to someone from overseas and struggle to interpret English through an accent. I visited about a week ago to get my bills straightened out. I was in a hurry the night I stopped in after work; while I was waiting I decided that I would try to come back to get my bill straightened out after a purchase a few months ago. The store manager stopped me before I walked out to help me. Seriously, A+ service in the store and cell service. Amari is lovely. So is the manager (I forgot his name). Thanks!

Called the store to cancel an Apple Watch order and the manager Jake was extremely rude said he felt attacked and acting very condescending towards my mother when she was explaining why she wanted to cancel her order. Stated that I didn’t want the stainless steel because of the shininess of the device and he acted surprised he said oh I didn’t know that that was a big of a difference. When you’re spending that much money that is a big of a difference. I’ve been going to the store since they opened and they will never receive a dime from me ever again. Learn how to treat customers properly.
