After a particularly trying ordeal at a large technology retailer, I found solace at the Apple Store in Lynnfield, MA. The contrast in customer service was like night and day. Upon entering, I was immediately greeted with a warm welcome and the assurance that an expert would be with me shortly. True to their word, an associate was soon at my side, answering every question with patience and expertise, guiding me effortlessly through the trade-in and purchase process. But the exceptional service didn't end there; another associate took over to assist with the setup of my new devices, showcasing the same level of outstanding care and proficiency. The team at the Apple Store turned my day around with their unparalleled service. I left feeling valued and satisfied, a testament to the exemplary customer experience that Apple is known for.

Waited in line for a hour to make sure I was first one. I was there to buy a 15 pro max, they had one in stock, hence why I wanted to be first to get first dibs. While my “Genius” was doing his small talk, someone else walks in 15 minutes later and asks for the phone I was there to purchase. His “genius” walks out back and grabs the phone while mine is just talking. Lo and behold that guy gets to buy the phone and I’m left without anything. I am beyond furious. I took time out of my morning to be first to get what I have been waiting to be in stock, for the rug to pulled right out from under my feet. No clue how they can fix this one, a loyal Apple user for years may be jumping ship if this is how they treat their customers. Thanks for absolutely nothing Apple.

They let me pickup my husbands order to the store without any confirmation of ID.Where’s the security in that. I came with his ID ready and with the order to show but they never asked for any of it. I told them his name and that he had an order and that’s the only information they asked for.

Had an appointment, waited two hour's for them to then tell me I have liquid damage in my phone while random people are walking in and being seen with Apple care etc right away, which I don't have. Then they tell me the phones four month's old but we don't cover liquid in the camera's retina/ has fog in it so obviously the whole phone is compromised they cant prove it to me or show me anything just their verbal confirmation. SO I asked them to open my phone up and show me "sorry that will take hour's or day's we are very busy" drop off your phone so we can do it tomorrow( so they can just put water on my phone when Im not there I have heard a lot of stories of disgruntled employee's damaging phone's look it up on Reddit) , so I wait another hour to pay 550 dollar's for a replacement to be told sorry actually we didn't check the stock(clearly not their job to make sure a sale is actually going to be fulfilled). We have to order the phone to you and you still need to pay the full price and wait for it for a week. A multi billion dollar company, who I have always supported for two decades, honestly won't buy any more apple product's after the treatment I got from this store. Utter incompetence. Apple use to be a brand that you could trust, quickly and totally becoming another Corporate greed story. Will be changing my family off Apple as soon as I can.

5:30pm - I purchased an iPhone 14 by calling the store, verifying specs and provided my CCard information. She tells me my iPhone will be ready for pickup when I arrive.5:32pm - I received my "We're processing your order xxxxxxx1234" confirmation email with receipt details for store pickup. I then drive to Apple Store. 5:52pm - I arrive at the Apple Store, am greeted by 2 blue shirts - the store has many more blue shirts than customers. I show them my Order confirmation. I then receive an Apple email indicating Action Required. I call the number provided and they ask me for an agent's extension (?). I ask the blue shirt what extension I should provide and he says "Option 6" - as if everyone is supposed to know this. I call the designated number again and explain that I'm just trying to pick up a new phone that was paid for and confirmed. She checks her system and she says everything is cleared and I just need to wait 10 minutes for the Store to release the order.6:12pm - Another blue shirt comes by, confirms the order number / QR code and claims everything is all set. "It'll be out in a few minutes - please wait by the window." I left and came back at 6:30pm.6:57pm - That's another 45 minutes later. I receive an email with Pickup information - "Your items will be ready for pickup." 7:00pm - A high school girl comes out of the back room with a little white bag containing my new iPhone, sheepishly asks me to confirm my email address for my receipt. I ask her to confirm that the phone comes with a cable. She affirms and scurries back to the back room - presumably to prep the next customer's confirmed order. Clearly, she's the only one in the whole Store doing any work and rightfully pissed off that all the "Geniuses" out front are just slumming around. Kudos to her.Apple's Order Processing system is a joke. I'll be sure to get into the sleazy Manager's face the next time I'm in the Store. I also want the contact info for person responsible for training order processing staff - could be the same moron. Apple offers no portal on their Website for comments about their customer service - good or bad.

I went in because I thought my appointment was today ( made a mistake it’s tomorrow) they couldn’t squeeze me in right away which is fine totally understandable. The person helping me put me on the waitlist and said it could be up to an hour. 2 hours later I get a text message and after sitting around and waiting I go in the store, they claim they couldn’t find my appointment and told me to stick to my regular appointment for tomorrow.. so I guess wasting my time is totally fine right?

every time I have an "appointment" here I'm waiting over half an hour. had to get my laptop fixed twice because the first one inexplicably broke almost immediately after, not sure if it's the store but since this is where I interfaced that's all I can say.this store is a prime example of why right to repair is so important.

I really had bad experience today with the manager of Apple Store and his employees they were so rude and they got mad because my nephew he has a special needs kid. They don’t want him in the store because he’s so hyper ! To take him out of the store then I asked them to fix my Apple Watch they told meI have to wait 5 to 6 hours, but the time I wanna buy iPhone right away. Give it to me this is not good. They shouldn’t do that with me or anyone has a special needs kid they were so rude with me

the most horrible apple store the supervisor totally unprepared. my phone had a problem found by Apple support and the store didn't have another one to supply until my device was ready. He had the nerve to tell me” if your car breaks down wouldn't you have to wait for the parts to arrive to drive your car again? I told my friend I have a Mercedes Bems and when I went to fix the shop he provided me with another better car until mine was ready. he didn't have anything to say. I asked what do I do now I depend on the phone? He said "I can't do anything"

Love this shopping area. Upscale outdoor shopping with lots of restaurants, seating, sidewalks, etc. Bring the family, have some ice cream, plug in your Tesla, pick up groceries at Whole Foods. Perfect day!

Clearly this location has a deep issue based on the reviews. If you look at my reviews I love praising businesses more than anything but I had to address the lack of customer care at this Apple store. This might even be my first 1 star review.Inevitably, anyone having iPhone issues would think to go to an Apple Store for help with water damage, shattered screens, and/or data recovery. The Apple Store is not the place to go.After a condescending interaction with a girl named Erin, right away I knew this wasn't going to be helpful. It wasn't so much that she couldn't help, maybe Apple doesn't provide proper tools or resources to fix our products. That way we would buy new. I could deal with that. It was her tone, nonexistent interpersonal skills, and level of contempt I felt from bringing a water damaged iPhone. I admit my fault for not purchasing iCloud but I never had issues in the many years of owning an iPhone. This one unfortunate circumstance brought me here. At least show empathy rather than treat me like a nuisance whenever I asked very basic questions. There were photos of people I'll never see again and time spent with them I held dear to me. I don't show emotion and was pretty upset over those memories being wiped away. She showed zero perspective. It would seem obvious to show care for something like that. Instead I got short answers and a "too bad, nothing you could do" demeanor. I was in awe. Specifically she said, "You know how I know it's already damaged, look at your camera it's foggy". How am I suppose to know that?! Didn't even want help from her at that point. After essentially being shooed away I knew I was going to get my phone fixed either way. As it turns out, Erin, there is something you could have suggested, with EASE. There are many iPad/iPhone rehab stores around Boston. All over, really. I chose to send my phone to another state. Within a month ALL my photos and videos were recovered AND they replaced my battery. I was so grateful. It then baffled me how oblivious Erin acted, while there are honest and competent people showing the urgency to fix damaged products. Have some integrity. I wanted to give Erin grace, maybe she had a bad day, but it left such a bad taste. I had to leave a review, even over a month later. Corporate needs to evaluate, possibly investigate this Apple location. Never have seen such low reviews for a place that's in Lynnfield. I imagine I won't be the last to complain, there's a lot of people here

Not the most pleasant of experiences. Came for a single AirPods replacement, was told I needed an appointment (fine, most places do that now.) Associate took me, started to help me, then when I reiterated that I need only ONE AirPod, told me he couldn’t help. Again, fine, whatever, misunderstandings happen. I asked how long it would be for someone to assist, that if it was long, I could come back - told me “no more than 10 minutes.” 20 minutes later, no one so much as updated me. I walked out. I don’t appreciate my time being wasted. Please at the very least, tell me the honest wait time so I can make an informed decision.

Bummer of an experience. My phone that is not even 18 months old with no damage (water or exterior) keeps shutting off. There is an alert saying the phone "cant verify battery". I brought it in to the store and was told that it needs a new logic board which would be $350. Then the manager suggested I should also get Apple care after which is normally 150, but she'd kick in 50. She acted like it was doing me a favor to suggest I spend $500 instead of $550 when for just a few hundred more I could get a brand new phone. I've had Apple products for 15+ years; macbooks, watches, phones, ipads, ipods etc.no thanks. I walked out and they couldn't have cared less. Apple just knows they have you
