I really deeply love this store. I love the product selection, style, and the people who work here. Wayfair has major issues with their warehouse though. Multiple items have come missing parts and therefore we have been unable to receive our proper white glove delivery we have paid for. The staff of the store are not given adequate power to expedite or fix problems with these deliveries. Every aspect of the Wayfair chain is independent from one another, and this seems to cause issues. The fact that I can still give 4 stars is a testament to how much I like the brick and mortar store.

Had a really great experience at all modern. Was greeted right away and helped instantly by Sage. Sage was super helpful, friendly, and we really appreciated her advice on our piece of furniture.

i recently visited the store and unfortunately, my experience was quite disappointing due to the poor quality of their products. it's important for me to share my honest review to help other potential customers to make informed decisions, i spent over $4000 on the worst quality products, the customer service was also subpar. when i reached out to the store regarding the issues i encountered with the products, their response was dismissive and unhelpful.

Autumn was so pleasant, talented and creative with product suggestions to accessorize my home. She is very impressive, a great asset to the company and I plan return. Way to go Autumn!!

Although everyone I’ve talked to is very nice, my order is subject to increasing delays without any timely notice from AllModern. AllModern also never followed up on my request to arrange my order deliveries (kicking me instead to the whims of Fedex). Finally, before I purchased AllModern sent repeated emails offering 10% off on the items in my cart, but when I finally went to purchase, they denied the offer… until I called, asked for a manager, and told them that advertising the price but refusing to honor it is against MA law. If I could do this again, I would have just ordered the same items directly from the manufacturer, BlueDot. I’m not sure AllModern offers much of a service beyond aggregating on one website what is available elsewhere.As a follow-up, I finally received my deliveries. The chairs I ordered came with scuff marks because of the way they were packed. I had the assembly service for my table, which was fine until I noticed that one of the legs is crooked once the delivery and assembly folks left. Overall, very little of AllModern’s service was worth the money. Do not recommend.

This company is fraudulent. They'll cancel your order a week after confirmation and tell you to re-order the item at a higher price because it's no longer on sale. Just happened to me with a couch I had been waiting on for delivery.

Extremely rude and disrespectful sales!My family and I were shopping at Pottery Barn next door and saw this furniture store. We walked in and wanted to browse.We spent about 20 minutes browsing the store. At one point we saw a patio chair. I asked the sales lady who greeted us earlier (she is African American, but this review has nothing to do with race) if the chair can be sold individually because their website only lists the price for a pair. She said yes and started to take one out for me, at which point I explained to her we are not buying today as we are still waiting to close our new home.Her altitude just changed 180 degree once she heard we are not buying today …What happen next is even worse.Shortly after that we saw an end table and asked her if they have a coffee table of same design. She said “yes” (no more words). I pulled my cell phone out and tried to find the table on their website. That’s when she said to me (in a somewhat hostile tone): DO YOU WORK FOR WAYFAIR? I didn’t even realize what she was asking … until later my wife reminded me that wayfair is an online furniture business and she was basically asking if we were spying in their store …I can’t believe a sales lady can be this rude and unprofessional. What’s wrong with browsing in a furniture store? Who the hell will spy your little furniture store on a Sunday with wife and kid? It’s extremely rude to ask a customer a question like that. If a sales person exists just to make customers uncomfortable, then he or she probably shouldn’t be there …

Good quality furniture that's well priced comparatively.Had a great experience buying a dining set from both Kris-Ann and another associate there, very professional and willing to help with orders. Check online for discounts before buying.

I wanted to love this store. When you walk in it's SO cute . The furniture on display appears to be quality and it's on trend. The employees are amazing . Sage in particular could not have been more helpful, sweet, and thoughtful in her designs for my daughters room.My issue stems from the delivery onward. This is how my $1500 dresser arrived. It was damaged and generally feels cheap , but it looks great. I called the CS support line and after spending numerous hours on the phone (yes hours-- I have two separate calls at 50+ minutes) , speaking to multiple people and not receiving a response for nearly 2 weeks they offered a 40% discount. This still puts my total at almost 1,000 bucks. Not worth it iMO

I have been a fan of the AllModern website for years and was so pleasantly surprised to find a physical store when I was visiting Lynnfield. The staff is knowledgeable and very friendly and helpful and I love being able to actually touch the furniture and find how comfy the chairs actually are. (Yes, what I have purchased on line was beautiful and comfortable, but being able to experience that before you buy is an added bonus!) My only disappointment is that I actually live 500 miles away in another state and can't visit the store regularly! But I'll be back when I'm in Lynnfield again, for sure!

Furniture looks cheaply made up close. No office or storage furniture on display, when that’s exactly the kind of stuff that you want to see in person so you can try to wiggle it and scratch it and see if it’ll hold up or not. Let alone office chairs, not sure how anyone is supposed to buy one of those without trying it first! Staff also was too busy looking at something or other on their iPads to even say hello when I entered. Pass.Edit in response to feedback: I don't go to a furniture store to be """engaged""" - I'm there to do research and check out the quality and assortment of products before I buy anything. I'm perfectly capable of using your website without being pressured by a sales associate in person.
