one worker said my daughter could use the bathroom with her friend and then they got told they cant use the bathroom unless they buy something they are 12 and 13 yrs old they dont carry around money they spent their $5 at richdale the owner had also looked at them and laughed walking out this red headed girl had yelled at them for it. very disappointed in this place

Literally the worst place I've ever been to. I online ordered hot chocolate while I was getting ready to go out so that it wouldn't be scorching hot when I got it. Upon arrival, the man who made my order was already very rude. He then told me "It's made when you arrive otherwise it defeats the purpose of hot chocolate." I couldn't even drink it cause it was too hot for a whole hour. I ordered way ahead so I'd give it time to cool down and be able to drink it when I got it, but the man who I believe was the owner, decided to do things based on his own preference and not the customer.

Tv volume was super loud, hard to hear when ordering. the prices are very high. paid 30$ for 2 coffees & 2 sandwiches.Got two sandwiches toasted one was burnt on one side and the other sandwich was not even warm. A 10$ sandwich for one piece of meat. Pizza shops offer 12$ club sandwiches that are real club sandwiches (three pieces of bread) and way more than a piece of meat, one tomato slice and a leaf of lettuce and a side of fries. Not sure how this pricing is decided.Coffee is super watery , wasn’t enjoyable.First time here the place is home-y but it’s super crowded and hard to walk around.

The owner seemed racist can,t be of color if you want to get treated right.! Food very cold and got kicked about becasue my 4 year old daughter had a donut from dunks. And they didn’t want anything of less value there but then I spent 30 dollars and the food was supper cold bacon look like precooked bacon u get from stop n shop very cold and the worst experience ever!!!

The Walnut St. Café is a nut you do not want to crack. The rushed and rude customer service was even nuttier than the sub par spreads and bland bagels. We cracked once seeing a bathroom of soppy mops, dirty bucket water and a swarm of flies. With the exception of the one sweet coffee barista, this was a spoiled experience.

I was recommended this place by a friend and was disappointed to see that the place needs a good cleaning, there is dust everywhere and it’s a bit disorganized. The coffee that I ordered was too milky and too sweet and the sandwich was incorrect and not appealing whatsoever.
