I contacted the pharmacy and getting a hold of someone is a problem. They left me on hold (picking it up and immediately putting me on hold) multiple times.

Gilian, the pharmacist is an asset to the Walgreens pharmacy. She went above and beyond her duty to assist my disabled mother contact her insurance company to rectify an issue with her insurance. She is customer service driven, which is highly necessary in the pharmacy world. Please thanks Gilian again for her great customer service!

Usually never have any issues with the store & staff but lately they’ve been closing early. They’re supposed to be open until 10pm. I just walked there for something and the doors are locked, if they’re going to close an hour early maybe they should put a note on the door or something??? Just aggravating being someone without a car and the next available store like Walgreens is a 24 hour CVS but it’s 20 minutes walking distance.

The employees are always extremely kind and if something doesn’t ring up properly they are knowledgeable and will fix it. Unfortunately not the manager Robert/ Bob. He is rude and makes you feel like your a bother shopping there. I believe he is not up to date on Walgreens policies and procedures that corporate has implemented. Maybe he should take some training from his employees on how to treat the customers.

took over a month for my photos to be developed. Every time I go to the photo department I have to wait for a different employee to get off their phone before they help me. Never a friendly hello or goodbye

Nothing wrong with the pharmacy, but the staff and not with the crew, but with the so call “Manager”the one at night on duty on 6/21/21 at Closing. Poor judgment on selecting this person as a Manager in my opinion. I am not a psychologist, but I think this person needs an evaluation, is not good for the business and probably no good for his crew. In few words he is a bully with his customers and a bad example for his crew.

I get vitamins toiletries I do a lot of shopping there it's also my Pharmacy I love it stop is great in store bathroom wheelchair accessible parking also can't beat it
