Store hours have changed, recently
I believe, because I know I went here around 11pm not too long ago. Store closes at 10pm now, and they def have the store gates closed at 9:58! 😂

This is quite possibly the worst Walgreens location I’ve ever been too. I have visited it several times and not once have I had a positive experience. None of the employees put any effort into helping. I placed a photo order and they barely attempted to look for it before saying it wasn’t ready. Fun fact, it WAS ready and sitting there, they just had to put a tiny bit of effort to find it. Management clearly isn’t focused on the customer experience in this location.

This location must be under new and poor management. Workers seem to be depressed, frustrated, and highly incapable of customer service skills. There are no longer the usual workers who used to be nice, joke around, and greet at the door. This place has gone right down the hole. Very unpleasant experience from what i witnessed today. Id give 0 stars, but i have to give at least one in order to post this comment. Very unfortunate.

Very disappointed pharmacy under staffed people standing in lines to get vaccines some were there over an hour they need to hire more people soon people were walking out

The manager make me lose my temper. The old guy really ask what school I go too? To count money…. Like I don’t think doing western union need a degree to count money, it really not that deep he just have to drag everything along way. Nightmare that old guy don’t look like he doing his “manager” job right… I’m a customer not your niece where you taught life advice ?.

The pharmacy is a nightmare- they don’t know what they are doing and you will wait a long time. Really bad customer service from the pharmacy tech person- basically don’t know any information and will ignore you if you try to ask for help. The photo guy was nice though. Don’t do online ordering they’ll mess it up.

Walgreens is always a nightmare for myself as a patient and when I'm prescribing medications. They charged my patient $125 for a medication that should have cost $35 with GoodRx ($7 at Osco Pharmacy). When I called them to inquire about this, head management told me "when patients don't question the cost, we don't apply the coupon" - basically robbing and taking advantage of people who don't know GoodRx exists and don't argue medication costs. Most people aren't going to argue essential medications because they need it. To make matters worse - my patient had insurance - the pharmacy never asked him for this information. The response I kept getting was "they paid for it with cash" - payment method doesn't mean anything nor does it answer my question for why his insurance information was never asked for. Avoid Walgreens at all costs - they clearly don't care about people, just profit.

The employees are very polite, but it's a 50/50 chance of getting a competent employee to assist you vs an employee who is sadly not competent. I love the pharmacy employees, but the pharmacy is super slow. I had a very positive experience getting a flu shot here. The parking lot is a nightmare. The lines are faded or non existent so people park horribly! They have a ton of cards.

I went there to drop off a prescription around 6PM they ask my for my insurance and all the information they need and then they told me that it will take hour and half. I come back around 8:30PM for pick up the the guy told me that they don’t accept my insurance and he said that he tried to called me but my phone send to voice mail but he even leaved a voice Mail ( he never called to let me know) a call o voice Mail will help a lot to have my prescription on time.

I Do Not Recommend this pharmacy to anyone just because they don’t keep up with the prescription/orders like it’s supposed too and they always have a issue giving me my prescription and they always delaying my stuff.I will be switching.
