“Rented a 15’ Uhaul truck for about 6 hours. When I went to return, Uhaul tried to charge me extra because I went over my time even though when you rent a truck it’s for a 24 hour period. I explained to the owner what happened and he was very nice and understanding. He was able to fix the problem and remove the extra charge uhaul tried to charge me. Make sure you agree with the price AFTER returning the equipment rented. Uhaul loves to add additional sneaky charges. If it wasn’t for the owner of the gas station helping me I would of been charged twice as much.”
