The worst T-Mobile centre in probably the World. I am a long term T-Mobile customer in Europe and America for over twenty five years but have never come across such poor customer service in my life. These guys are beyond words. The whole team needs retraining from scratch.

I try to upgrade my phone whent to the store for my upgrade. Told me that i have to upgrade my plan for the new phones . Plus paid of my old phone . That the phone should arrive one week or two weeks. I never got the phone. The phone for some reason got canceled. They jack up my plan from $230 to $360. When back to the store and the said. We will change your plan back and this been going on for three months. The Manager of the store never show his face and all they said call tmobil. The worst service i ever had there. There personal aren’t train to help customer the worst place to get a phone

I went into the store yesterday to help my mother obtain a new phone as she was a long time t-mobile customer. Immediately upon entree we noticed that this location was not inclusive in their diversity as all the marketing on the walls were in Spanish and we could not comprehend. I would have thought that in this day and age their would have been marketing in both English and Spanish to reflect Lynn's diverse complexion. Once noticed, we were asked to wait and then forgot about as the representative waited on at least three other Hispanic clients who arrived after we did, at the half hour mark, we got frustrated and decided T-MOBILE didn't want our business and exited the location. Perhaps another provider will treat us better. We don't recommend this location

T-Mobile sucks. No way around it. Added insurance on a phone they say no. Phone was a lemon running on old Sprint 4G Network. I got the insurance specifically on that phone cuz I said it was about to be stolen or damaged. LOL. IT and chat don't no anything and hardly what I know. They try to sell me a 64 GB phone in the store. I already had a 128 GB. LOL

The young lady did help me this morning. Very, very sweet, very knowledgeable, very helpful. I really enjoyed coming here this afternoon and talking with her. she did a lot for me and I really enjoy it. Thank you so very much.

The people there are not so good at helping, for example, Johana, that Dominican who was only trying to cheat on me and in the end she kept my phone and didn't give me any promotion like she said so much, she charged me for a line that I didn't ask for, the truth is I'm very upset with This purchase in that store I do not recommend anyone to go there sorry but very horrible customer serviceShe took very long time and she charged me for an extra line I spent 400 dollars paying the phone I had to give her and then 3 lines and screen protector things that I never asked her and the phones still with the regular price but it was bad that she was speaking English with her coworker in front of me and telling her that I wasn't sure if I want the phone when one is free bad customer service
