I have an older car that frequently needs maintenance/ work done it and was recommended to bring it to this location awhile back. They always make sure to communicate everything clearly and so that I know exactly whats going on. In particular, Juan and Javi always go above and beyond to provide great service and I know I can count on them for reliable and honest work. Simply won't bring my car anywhere else, highly recommend!!

I had a 8am appointment when I made the appointment the service guy said it would be two hours I told him I would wait about 15 minutes into appointment he stated it was going to be longer for me to get a ride home. Longer for the same work the two appointments was make for I told him I needed the time ruck back fast he said he would call me. I called the service department @ 1:37pm. The guy stated the truck was still outside it was not touched yet as they were busy. I don’t think they know what an appointment is for? I told them to leave the truck outside with the keys. Please never rely on Sullivan tire

I had an outstanding experience at the shop today. Came in for a tire balance, and Gregory took an excellent care of it. I think I finally found my go to shop and mechanic. Greg had a very personalized approach to my needs and went above and beyond my expectations. He is an expert who is passionate about what he does!

Very friendly young man at the counter. Made an appointment for the next morning to get new tires and was out in 90 minutes. Enjoyable experience!!!

I wish I could give them a 4 or 5.
See my windshield wipers stopped working and when I brought the car in I was concerned that I needed a motor. I could hear something but nothing was moving. When I stopped at the store on Saturday around 4:45pm for an appointment I was taken care of with a smile.(note:the store closed at 5) which I got a good feeling about. When I brought the car back in on Monday morning I was offered a free ride to my house. Well,I had just set down at the computer when the phone rang, It was The Sullivan Tire Mgr. calling me to come pick up my car! Seems a bolt had come loose from the motor. I was told that they put an extra bolt on to keep the first one from "walking". (loosening again) And then I was told the price..... Less that $30. dollars!
I had my car fixed and back to me in under an hour! And they didn't try to sell me anything I didn't need .
Great job goes out to M. Spencer the Tech and Shaun Cullen the Mgr.
What a great way to start my day, Thanks again

Gregory was incredibly kind and went out of his way to help me. He went above and beyond. Very informative on different services and warranties. Overall a great experience definitely making this shop my primary stop for auto repair. Thanks Gregory!

Phenomenal customer service came to get my tire replaced gave me a time a date and completed my repair almost as soon as I brought my car over. Juan the AM did a great job at helping me get everything setup and even look into other issues I was concerned about.

The manager Juan is one of my first guys I go to for all of my services on my vehicle . They really embody the Sullivan tire mantra day in and day out. I was on my way to get service done for a problem I had with my vehicle from another garage I took it too. On my way I landed a giant screw in my tire. I call Sullivan tire on Lynn way and juan answered and recognized me. I told him the situation and he said come on down . I not only got a new tire, I had another issued fixed from prior garage I took my vehicle to. If your corporate office is reading this , please give the team at Lynnway a raise $$$$ . These guys work hard , they know what they’re talking about and they do honest work . You will not find that these days . I highly recommend this location for any service issues you maybe having with your be vehicle . 100/100

I'm very satisfied with the service I received from Sullivan Tire. I showed up unannounced and they took care of my issue completely. The crew was professional and the price was very reasonable. I highly recommend Sullivan Tire.

I came in for an oil change. Customer service is great. They explain what they do the car and what might need. Clear communication within mechanics and customer. Prices are affordable.

As a long time customer of the Lynn location we are so disappointed. The management team of this location has really changed. They tried to sell my daughter for new tires. They claimed that the tires were worn out. They are not They replaced a tire on my car this week. they fill the air on all tires to 55 pounds to 62 pounds. It was supposed to be 35 pounds. I called them to advise the response was that my tire gauge was not accurate - not true then I went back to the shop. They claimed that it was over inflated on all tires because they are run flat tires. They only changed one tire. The invoice was incorrect. I have tire insurance. As i I said I miss the previous management of this specific Lynn location.
