They never pick up the phone. You will always have to travel to one their location to fix an issue that can be done through the phone. The lady who finally picked up the phone after many attempts were very rude.

Service is deplorable!!!!! Can't ever get anyone on the phone., always goes to vm. customers want a live person to speak to. What is wrong with this bank. Will NEVER have an account here

WORST BANKING EXPERIENCE. I have been a member of this absolutely bottom of the barrel completely unethical, off the charts ignorant customer service, With there fraudulent schemes to steal the credit union members money- for almost 20 years. The only reason I do not close my account is because all of my banking records for 20 years are with Saint Jeans. I also have an account with Santander and Fidelity which are two great banks that have excellent customer service. So far every employee at Saint Jeans has only shown that they desperately need to brush up on banking laws. They are just so ready and gunning to steal your $38. And charge for an nsf fee. They'll move dates around they do whatever they can in the name of stealing $38. if you bank here I hope you know your rights and the laws because you are going to be a victim if you don't.
