So I been a member for years and I traveled all of north shore today and couldn’t find anything needed for winter coverage I guess brown money isn’t good here anymore no wigs no weaves no glues no sewing materials it’s just disappointing smh what’s going on here!!!

The staff were sooo nice and really helpful. Wanting to dye my hair for the first time on my own, they talked about what steps to take and recommended me all the products. My hair came out real cute ?

I felt important as just a prospective customer upon entering. I didn't have to ask for assistance, was offered just after I started to look. The associate shared knowledge but didn't pressure to purchase. Unfortunately I had to return one of the items that I bought but it did not diminish the experience in the slightest!My positive visit was not the first time. TY Sally!

My favorite store go to. I travel from Danvers to this particular store because the ladies are friendly and helpful whenever I ask them any questions. Last time I made a big shopping and I was asking lots of questions since I wanted to try new things...they were answering me all questions and very professional customer service. I recommend you this place ?Respect goes both ways...

I had a horrible experience at this location. I purchased clippers in the morning, returned home and noticed they were filthy and used. I brought them back and Lia, the manager, accused me of using them myself. She said she could not refund me and threatened to call the Police if I didn’t leave the store. I really needed clippers so I found some more expensive ones to purchase and she ripped them out of my hands. I then, was forced to call the Police myself. I have been shopping at this Sally’s since 2008 but never again. I have been referring family and friends to this store for years and I know this is not what Sally represents. Lia was acting as if she is the owner. I asked for the District Manager or GMs name and she refused to give it to me.

Hands down the staff at Sally’s Beauty in Lynn are truly THE BEST!! I’ve been shopping at Sally’s for the last 15+ years and over the years I’ve encountered some super rude ppl, at many of the locations, but throughout the entire pandemic the staff working at the Lynn Sally’s have constantly outdone themselves!! They are educated on their products, the staff give honest advice & feedback anytime I have questions, they are incredibly patient, (on at least 4 different occasions I was running there last minute, a min or 2 before they close & each time they have waited & NEVER made me feel like I was inconveniencing them!) they truly ALWAYS go above & beyond to make sure I leave happy & that kind of kind customer service is not always easy to find.As of November 2021, this location had their shelves stocked with every hair color in the rainbow!! Hopefully if anyone reading this has had a bad experience at Sally’s in the past, they will be encouraged to go back & give them another try, I think you will be pleasantly surprised!

Employees were eager to help, however they did not know enough about their products- I repeatedly said what I had on my hair, brand and shade, and yet the dye I was given was still not compatible with it- left my hair in really bad shape, thankfully I had a hair mask at home to help me fix it but still- my roots and rest of my hair are two different colors and am now going to have to get it professionally fixed :// Just wish employees were given more in depth training about their products I guess. I don’t know much about these products- I look at reviews and such but that usually isn’t enough and finding specific info online can be very difficult depending on the brand, which is why I ask employees for advice, thinking they at least have some knowledge about their products. However this is the second time this has happened and since it has been with 2 different employees (and 2 different types of products) I will not be doing that anymore. It’s on me for thinking it was a trusted source to get information, however I thought employees would at least have some training about their products.

hi , i was very un happy with being lied to , not sure what the lady’s name was but she was super nice told me what to get and use but had no difference on my hair i’ve been trying for months to get my hair blonde and nothing has changed in my hair , they’re certified, and she lied straight to my face sounding smart and all very upset with my visit.

literally they have no education on the products there and give you the wrong information. and they weren’t being safe and cautious about others since they weren’t wearing masks. do not recommend
