POOR customer service by Ray. I waited approximately 6 minutes in the drive thru before he came to the window (I rang the service button twice) didn't apologize (fine), when I told him my ID was attached to my account he said "no it actually isn't". I let him know he looked up the wrong person he then shuts off the microphone & starts to walk away. I had him come to the window to ask his name with an attitude he tells me. He didn't care in the least probably because he had his ear buds in his ear. He shouldn't have those in his ears when dealing with customers & their banking, it's a privacy issue for me. Probably time I close my account.

Worst bank EVER!!!!!!!! The rudest people working I was trying to explain something to a lady who worked there and she was so rude wouldn’t let me get my words out . I rather burn my money than to do business with them EVER

I love this branch! I have refinanced my mortgage here twice. I have had several over the counter transactions that were handled smoothly . The staff at this branch is friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. I recommend Salem Five and this branch to my friends and family.

4:45pm? Don't bother waiting in line at the drive thru, seem like they close their registers at 5pm sharp. Or so I was told by the lady that was at the window, who also told me that she checked the cameras so she knows what time I got there. Are you kidding me?

Had a business account here. The Salem 5 near lynnway was much better, but occasionally I had to use this one. There was an older lady manager with glasses that always made a show when I went to deposit my customers checks. Literally put a spotlight on me like I was doing something wrong. They were insurance checks from my customers in automotive. Did this multiple times and I just got tired of it. I mean I am depositing MY MONEY into your bank. It was because of this branch I left. After about six years being with them.

Atm is ALWAYS DOWN and it's such an inconvenience for those that don't always wanna go to the teller to take money out. Sunday it was down and again today smh they need to get that handled asap.

Jude is great! She is so intelligent and easy to talk to. She helped me get a new debit card quick and made sure it was working properly before I left. The other staff members are also great!
