I have been to a few locations of Market Basket, so far this location has the best selection of veggies, they have so much stock everytime I go and I feel like its fresh. Its not too far from where I work so when I get the chance I go there. So far I have been here like 3 times. Highly suggested and I will be back soon.

Very clean and a lot of products to choose from all placed nicely on the shelf just like most other market baskets. This would be a higher ranking but as far as I have noticed with my own personal experience the employees don't really help customers when they notice that a customer is in need of help (let's say with finding a product) also when u finally do find someone to help you they don't do much other than shrug their shoulders and keep it pushing

This place is great and I never had that experience when shopping here. These guys have a tough job and nobody appreciates what they do.

This is my go to grocery store to load up for my weekly meal prep. Almost every time I go, they are busy. For the most part, it is decently organized and stocked with a fair amount of workers spread the store to ask for any specific supplies. Given its convenient location and variety of items offered, I will continue to come back for my restocking.

This review is based SOLELY on customer service and my experience with 2 phone calls to this location recently. Through NO fault of Market Basket's, the mass . gov site lists a COVID testing site as the same address of this Market Basket, mentioning that it is "across" from Market Basket. (It's also the only location open later in the day.) Upon arriving at the Market Basket parking lot (in the dark, during a rain storm), I couldn't find any testing-site marked or visible. I exited the lot and circled the Market Basket several times, but saw nothing. Unfortunately, the mass . gov site doesn't list a phone number for this site (only a # for City Hall, which was already closed at that time). So out of complete desperation, I decided to call Market Basket to see if they could direct me to the location of the testing site. I said "I'm so sorry to bother you with this question, but there's a COVID testing site listed at this address, do you happen know where it's located?" Expecting to talk to a decent, if not friendly and helpful human being, you can imagine my absolute shock to encounter what can only be described as a rude, nasty, and completely dismissive tone by the rep who refused to say anything other than "it's across the street." Then, she hung up on me when I said, "well, there's 4 streets, and I'm not sure which street you mean it's across from.." CLICK. After being hung up on the first time, I shrugged it off since I've worked in a grocery store before and I know how busy it can get. I drove around MB a few more times but still couldn't find the location and ultimately decided to call back, thinking maybe someone else will answer the phone or maybe they will be nicer this time. "Hi, I'm wondering if you could possibly be more specific in your directions to the COVID testing site that's listed at your address?" To which they again responded that it's across the street. I said I'm sorry, I'm not from this area, and I circled a few times and didn't see one. "This is a Market Basket and we don't do testing so I can't tell you where the site is," CLICK, and they hung up on me again, for the second time. Gross display of lack of empathy. Maybe train your customer service reps. to actually care about customers. For the record-- all they had to say was that the testing site is to the LEFT of the store when you're facing it, or that it is NORTH of the store, or honestly anything other than purposefully making it difficult for a customer to get COVID tested.

Yet another sub-par shopping experience at the Lynn Market Basket. Many shoppers ignore store signage, to go down aisles in one correct direction only. I've NEVER heard a single store announcement to remind patrons to be courteous during these Covid days. I bought a 24pack of Crystal Geyser Spring Water @ $2.50. Cashier rang it as Poland Springs @ $3.99. When I told her, she said, "You said spring water." I told her there's more than 1 brand of spring water, and she just repeated, "You said spring water." I had also originally pointed to the water, for her to plainly see! Then, I get home and as I took a paper grocery bag out of my car, the bottom of the bag ripped open. This, in turn, caused my pint of blueberries to spill onto the driveway! (Other stores as a rule put a rubber band around the pint; but I assume this is considered an unnecessary thrill at this store!) It's not worth my saving on average approx $2.00 per visit, to have these and similar issues! Also, 2 wks ago, they were out of Gevalia bagged, ground coffee. That dept spvsr/mgr told me, "Gevalia is outof bsnss because of Covid." This seemed quite unlikely! I went to Gevalia's website and they ARE STILL IN BSNSS! Summary: This MB is ok for low level customer service, but with best prices for most items. If you can afford it, and want a pleasant grocery shopping experience, this isn't the store for you. (There have been other repeated issues, easily solved by better training and supervision. In yrs past, I worked for 2.5 yrs at Shaw's (not locally). So, I know what a well run grocery store looks like and, as stated prior, this one is sub-par.

Worst service ever. They send you codes for movies that never work! They are going out of business!
