Terrible service. I stood in line for more than 5 mins without one person greeting me or asking if I need help. Then when I ask them if anyone was working the counter I was standing at I get the employee rolling her eyes at me. Then I have to stand and wait 5 more minutes to be serviced. They need more employees and maybe ones that like their job

A front store employee discriminated against me for my appearance. I'm so disappointed and upset. The employee admitted to me while ringing me out that she at first thought I would steal something when I walked in. She then told me she had contacted her coworker and they were keeping an eye on me. Apparently thought it would be okay to tell me this once I actually bought what I was looking for. So disgusting. I wouldn't be surprised if she regularly targets innocent, good people who just want to purchase items.

My ordeal of trying to get a prescription filled for my mother's heart medication that she is required to take daily began on Friday, December, 20 with 3 calls to the pharmacy. Two calls were made to check the status of the prescription which the automated system indicated was still being processed. The third call kept me on hold for 15 minutes waiting for a pharmacist to answer the phone with ultimately no response. On Saturday, December 21, I opted to go directly to the pharmacy & after spending 20 minutes waiting in the pharmacy drive-through line, I was informed that the prescription was still not ready so it would be an additional 20 minute waiting period after which I should go inside the store to pick up the medication. After collecting the prescription and arriving at home, we were surprised to find that only 3 tablets of my mother's prescription which was supposed to last her an entire month had been provided to me by the pharmacy without explanation. I called the pharmacy immediately and was informed that the prescription will be completely filled the following Monday, December 23 as there was a limited supply of the medication in stock. On Monday, December 23, I called the pharmacy to check the status of the prescription which the automated system indicated was still being processed. As my mother had enough medication to last until the following day, I opted to wait until then before heading back to the pharmacy to collect the remainder of her prescription. On Tuesday, December 24, I again called the pharmacy to check the status of the prescription which the automated system indicated was still being processed, I stayed on hold to speak with a pharmacist for approximately 30 minutes until my call was disconnected. I immediately called back and remained on hold to speak with a pharmacist while I literally drove from my place of work in downtown Boston all the way to the CVS store in Lynn. I intentionally continued to stay on the line while walking up to the pharmacy counter so that whoever was on duty could clearly see my predicament and hopefully provide a reasonable explanation as to why I was still on hold for over an hour at that point in time. The person behind the counter proceeded to inform me that the pharmacy was now closed as the two customers ahead of me were the last ones being served for the day. I attempted to ask for an explanation as to why no one was responsive to my calls and was bluntly told that the pharmacy staff had been busy. After trying to explain that my mother's daily prescription for her heart medication was overdue, I was dismissively told to come back two days later on Thursday, December 26 as other customers had also been waiting on their prescriptions for up to 3 months so she was apparently not the only one in line. There was absolutely no effort made by the staff to check on the overdue prescription or offer any kind of assistance whatsoever to remedy the situation. The lack of concern and unwillingness to engage or assist me was apparently evident in my extremely frustrating interaction with the pharmacy staff on that day. As the Pharmacy Manager, Vanlang Ma may deeply regret that they were not able to meet my expectations regarding my pharmacy experience. I, on the other hand, find the complete lack of care, professionalism and customer service that was on display during my visit to the pharmacy utterly unacceptable.

Unless you absolutely need to come here, dont. This place is a mess. It's a CVS like any other, but very little staff, unless they are hiding somewhere. The pharmacy is unbearable to deal with. They never have any prescriptions ready when they are supposed to be, even with notice multiple days in advance. The delivery service is also a joke. My mother in law has to use this pharmacy and she tried the delivery service and they were days late, leaving her without her medications. There is always one person at the register in the front and I've never waited less than 15 minutes to pay for something. Save yourself if you value your time .

Dont come here. Place is backed up. People cut in line and staff is too lazy to pay attention and maintain the order. You get sent between windows even though there's no difference between the computer system.

The lady at the pharmacy is so rude and could barely speak English. She kept insisting I gave her the wrong medical id numbers and i kept reassuring her i def did not after 3 attempts she finally realizes it was her error smh not once did she apologize she just handed me my meds and walked away. Avoid this cvs like the plague
