My husband and I attempted to purchase a car from out of state. We got approved for our loan, paid a deposit, signed the lease, and everything else that needed to be done. When we got feet in Massachusetts my husband tried to call our sales representative, DeAndrae, to confirm the pick up of our vehicle. After he didn't answer the first few phone calls he called the dealership instead and was told that DeAndre was no longer employed there. When he was connected with a different representative he was told the Pride Motor had sold our car to someone else.After all of the work and cooperation that we did, after flights were bought and taken, the car that we had paid for and signed the lease on was no longer in our possession. We are beyond angry and would not recommend anyone risk their money, time, or dignity on doing business with Pride Motor of Lynn MA.

Went for an oil change and waited 3 hours no exaggeration. They never came and informed me that the oil change and tire rotation would take that long. I recently called again and asked if it was normally a 3 hour wait for an oil change and the woman said that is the normal time for that service on my vehicle. I would not recommend going there for a 3 hour oil change and for the price. I have never had to wait 3 hours for an oil before.

This is the second review I've ever made about Chevy. I have acknowledged Miles each time. He's just so understanding and accommodating!!! I was having issues w my SUV and couldn't get in for an appointment for another week. There was no way my car would last that long so I decided it was best to try to get my car to the dealership because it was driving horribly this morning I just showed up; without an appointment. They were very busy however, Miles didn't turn me away. In fact he had the part on hand and fixed the issue the same day!!! I'm so thankful for Miles every time I have to come into Chevy !!!

Here is my follow up review. Pride motor group has been harassing me by phone, called the Lynn police on me, is refusing to refund me money for a year when their letterhead said they would replace my lemon vehicle that I bought "brand new" from them. Pride is trying to blackmail me to remove my reviews from social media. They have been trying to hold back $2000 for a year. The warranty company got back to me and want nothing to do with the criminal actions Pride Motor Group is taking. They are fully aware of the promises, harassment, attempt at stealing from a customer who once gave them a five star review! I will be receiving a 100% refund because the warranty company knows Pride is 100% at fault and does not agree with their slimy business practices. If you want a reliable sales team, service team, or any team, you can keep looking, this den of thieves is not the place to shop around. They will lie and cheat their way into your pocket... I know for the year they have made me and my family suffer as consumers with their b******** Don't believe the bull of how Suzanne took hold of this dealership and made it great... She was present during meetings and did nothing but let it continue for a year. Mike Iovanna never responded. Mike Greenwood said he's the boss. Angel is the lap dog. Go elsewhere to avoid this circus! Truly save yourself a bit of sanity and aggravation.

Worst experience of my life. Everything was fine and dandy when they thought you were going to purchase a vehicle for an over msrp price. You could hear them gloating and being quite unprofessional. Then trying to get a refund on a deposit and it's the biggest hassle. Chevy is my favorite truck; but I'll never purchase from this establishment.

This place is an absolute dumpster fire of an establishment with scum employees who treat their paying customers like trash. The manager Mike G. is spineless and let's his criminal employees do whatever they want. They all have zero respect for paying customers. I wouldn't expect anything less from Lynn. Complete trash company with trash employees. That entire dealership should be fired and replaced.

If I could give this place a zero I would. Terrible experience!!!! Please do yourself a favor and NEVER go to Pride for any service needs. I had an appointment for 1pm to install my roof racks, I arrived at 12:45. The person I schedule with assured me that the installing would be quick. That was absolutely not the case! I waited for a while before I finally approached the service associate. At 2:30pm the Miles the manager told me that it would be quick that they were placing the cargo box on top. I waited another 30 minutes for my car before Miles finally gave me my keys. When I tried to explain my frustration he completely dismissed me and took absolutely no accountability. He did not once apologized to me, he passed the blame to whoever answered the phone. As I walked away I heard him say something snarky. I chose to walk away because I was beyond the point of return. Customer service is not this places main focus. Especially not the service manager.

It’s has been 5 months since I purchased my Chevy Traverse which I love !! My sale Amanda Doug was outstanding he was always available answered all my questions and the best part was my foot never stepped into the showroom. The staff was also very accommodating and professional during the purchasing process. I will always recommend Pride and I apologize It took so long to write my wonderful experience as I have been recovering from cancer during the purchase and am still recovering. Thank you so much, Doug !! Also, the young man that took me to my bank. made the process even more enjoyable.

Service writer was extremely rude, condescending and argumentative. I listened to him speak this way to the couple in front of me, and it was the same with me. Vehicle was purchased elsewhere, but it's covered under GMs nationwide warranty (truck is 2 months old). When I made the appointment I explained the truck was purchased in Maine, and the repairs it needed. Regardless of where the vehicle was purchased, the attitude of this guy was unwarranted. If you hate your job that much, maybe it's time for a career change. I'll never return to a Pride dealership.

Terrible experience at Pride Chevrolet collision in Lynn. My car was hit on the drivers side passenger door. The door and handle needed to be repaired. I had to get a rental as they did not know how long my car would take to repair. They called me and told me my car was fixed, I returned my rent a car and the employee from the rent a car place drove me to Pride Chevrolet to pick up my car. (Enterprise , Great place to rent a car). When I got there the damage was fixed that I brought it in for but there was a new scratch on the handle. One of the employees from Chevrolet tried to buff it out but could not fix it. I don't understand why my car was not looked at before calling me to say it was done. The receptionist at Chevrolet had to call the rental car place to come pick me up again and take the rental home. The next day i was called and told it was all set so I drove the rental to Chevrolet as the rental place said they could pick it up there. When I got there, the handle was fixed but I noticed there was a good size paint chip on the back of my car and many small ones on the front. The 2 employees a man and a women said that these were not done while there. I totally disagree as I looked at my car before I dropped it off as I had a appraiser come to look at it and it rarely leaves my driveway as I have been working from home since I bought the car. The man said that he would fix the chip in the back but not the front. The women asked me to walk around the car again with her before I left and I pointed out the chips in the front again and she said I just did that with my finger nail, the women also told me she was the only person that drove my car the whole time there but that was a lie as a employee drove me in my car back to pick up the rental. I was so upset I can't believe she would say that. I asked to speak to the manager Tony but the female employee called him and said he was in a meeting for the next hour so I got in the car and called him and got him right away. I told him the situation and he said he would look at his buildings cameras and get back to me. He called me back later that afternoon and said he would just be fixing the back not the front. I said did you look at your cameras and he said he did not have to. He said I was just looking for something free and did not believe me, I tried to discuss more but again he was rude and said I stand by my decision. The next day I got a call from a women at 350pm that my car was done. I said I would pick it up tomorrow as I would never make it in time they close at 5pm. She said very rudely just to let you know your car rental ends today, I told her that I would handle that as it was the wrong information I had until the next day. Very rude employees along with rude manager. I will tell everyone not to buy or have their cars fixed there as they may cause more damage to your car.

Picked up my new Silverado 1500 and I cannot believe how easy the whole process was . The sales man was awesome Tommy O’Connor great guy .
