They always overcharge. They don't follow the contracts they make you sign. We are all doing our best to survive. Yall don't have to do snake nonsense like you are the only one who needs an extra buck.
Update: yall we're emailed before I wrote this review and I still haven't heard back from anyone. Atp yall are replying to my review before my email bc yall are petty or slow.

I went to this planet fitness location today to cancel my membership because I have found another gym that is closer to me. When I walked in I was greeted by the kindest person named Junior. They helped me easily cancel my membership without judgement. Very kind hearted person!! If I chose to rejoin planet fitness I would 10/10 choose this location due to Junior.

DO NOT SIGN UP WITH THIS GYM. now idk if this is at every planet fitness, but I signed up for the $10 a month and in total they charged me $75 and are refusing to give me any type of refund. When I signed up it was $10 a month, cancel at anytime, no commitment. A $75 charge sounds like a lot of commitment to me. Who can I speak with that’s above this gym? And not a manager because he wasn’t much help either.

I’ve been a member of planet fitness for over a yr. Today I went to use the gym they let me know I was 2 days past payment. I politely said okay thanks for letting me know I’ll take care of this later. They refused to let me use the gym. This Specific Planet fitness has been my worst experience in the New England area by far. I’ve visited almost every planet fitness. Will be switching to Crunch Fitness. Terrible customer service.

There no manager on the floor they leave they’re employees to do whatever the they want. I canceled an account there over 1 year ago and they said the person who I told to cancel my account is no longer in the company and they can’t do anything to answer for the mistake when the person was hired by the company and location. Refuses to give me a refund for a mistake that their former employee made it’s absolutely ridiculous and horrible customer service from them they get 0 stars from me horrible customer service and refuses to own up for the mistake made by staff.

I went to this place trying to find a solution (help)
with my member account as I was having billing issues
But to my surprise, consulting and asking for help was the reason for verbal abuse from the manager. Even when I showed him my phone number in my account, I threw it on the table, everything was on the gym's security cameras and he still had the courage to tell me that I had to be grateful that he was talking to me as if he did not receive a salary for his work and attention to people because that is what his job is about, caring for people, they should put people who can do their job well in those types of positions because I for one will never visit that place again.
