Stephen helped give my kitchen a significant facelift. He was very easy to work with, professional, reasonable and paid attention to every detail. I work from home, but am on meetings all the time. He worked around my schedule, was trustworthy & knew when to make sure to ask me questions. I enjoyed working with his team and would absolutely call them again. *Stephen's team installed a new quartz counter, sink, faucet, range, backsplash, moved lighting over island, moved smoke detector and installed new dining room light (not shown in the picture)

Stephan and his team were extremely professional. We had some flood damage from recent storms and needed to repair flood cuts and do some paint touch ups. Stephan's team did both!!They installed dry wall, painted, filled cracks, built trim and molding, and filled/sanded holes in the wall (then covered them with paint.)Overall they got the job done in a timely way, and were extremely flexible. They also charged a very reasonable price.Super pleased and would definitely hire again.

Stephan was very friendly and repaired both the window and sink. He came prepared for the window and was asked to repair the sink once he was here. He stayed until the job was complete even though it was later than expected.Services: Repair water fixtures

Orival completed a number of projects for me as I was preparing to sell my condo in Charlestown. From removing a light fixture, to patch/painting a hole in the ceiling, installing new tile in our mud room, and completing several repairs on my deck including a full stain. Everything was delivered on time, within budget, and was high quality. Stephan is super responsive, knowledgeable, and honest making him a terrific contractor to work with. I would highly recommend Orival to anyone who is need of a contractor.

It was the best experience I have ever had with a contractor! We wanted to have our 3 family home re-sided with Hardie Board. While Orival was not the lowest bid received they were right in the middle of several other estimates. Best thing of all he did the job on time and for the original estimate. There were no oooops, "I didn't plan on finding this problem." The way Orival's crew worked was exactly how we had pictured in our mind, which doesn't happen very often in this business. If you want your project done right within the specified time frame by a seasoned professional, call Stefan for an estimate.

I unfortunately did not have a great experience with this company. From the beginning, there was no updates or communication on the progress of the work, which took double the time originally stated. I constantly had to follow up with the contractor, and they would give me erroneous information about the project, what was needed, and when it would be completed. they also did not bring proper dumpsters for clean up. There was friction between the company and the subcontractors and I was made privy to that, causing awkward interactions that the client should not be in the middle of. The contractor then chastised me- I so wanted to have a positive experience, but it was a deeply disappointing one.
