BEST car Rental when you need a PROPER car for the road test!!
VEHICLE was in top shape,people are so friendly!
However,they fail to tell you,if you use pay pal..you don't see your deposit for 21 days!
So have a MAJOR credit card and NOT an online account!
I was told when they took my money "it'll only be for two days"..two days go by."sometimes 3 to four days"..
you should've been honest from the start...Was also supposed to be $200..they tacked on for so many "fees" that it cost doubled that,and I had the car for only 24 hrs!
GOOD THING WE WONT NEED A RENTAL FOR THAT AGAIN!
So if you need a rental for the road test,be prepared to pay WAY MORE than you're told!

After Hertz jacked me up by not having a car for me when I had reserved one . I found North Shore car rental. I rented a super clean Toyota Corolla it didn’t smell at all , many times rentals smell like smoke. The owners helped me quickly and treated me with respect. I had a great experience at North Shore car rental. Maura

I had issues with another car rental agency. I called Vladimar and he came and picked me up and then rented me the car I needed. He was friendly and nice to work with. My plane was delayed and I decided to stay an extra day and he had no problems giving me another day rental. Thank you for pulling me out of a bad situation on my vacation that was during my anniversary.

My wife and I had a hard time finding a rental car near the airport but North Shore Car Rental had one available. The process was easy and the owner and his wife were VERY friendly. It’s a small operation and maybe not the frills of a major car rental but I will support a local family owned business as much as I can. They did not disappoint! I even paid up front for a ride back to the airport which was only 15minutes away and owner and his wife took us their in our rental car. We had great conversation on the way! Thank you for helping us celebrate our anniversary on our East Coast Trip
