I just called Mass Towing to see if they could help me, and wow... I just talked to the rudest least helpful person in the world. If you're having car trouble and you need help the last thing you want is someone who doesn't give a crap about you like Mass Towing. To start, the person answered the phone just saying "Hello" with no introduction, no ask for "how can I help you"... mind you I am calling at NOON, so I certainly did not wake someone up in the middle of the night. They asked where the car is located. I told them where and they said OK. Then they asked what kind of car it was, and after telling them what kind of car I had they then decided that my car was too far and they deemed me not worth their time, telling me to call someone else. Cool. thanks for the help Mass Towing.

So this place towed my vehicle from right in front of my apartment at 1am on behalf of a restaurant who's parking lot I was NOT in!! The best part, they left the rest of the cars in the lot alone and ONLY towed mine (probably the NY plates).... The icing on the cake, they don't answer their phone, and are not actually open so my vehicle is just MIA until tomorrow apparently....some of have jobs that are not fraud based in the morning.... The place is a class act....

These guys sent out a tow truck to me when i was broken down on boston st and they were so nice and they towed my car to their shop and gave me a free quote and which i definitely had them fix my car considering they towed me for free and they had my car fixed in no time!! Great place and nice people

THANK YOU GUYS FOR COMING TO THE RESCUE!! I BROKE DOWN ON THE LYNNWAY AND I HAD CALLED THIS PLACE AND THEY HAD SENT ME A FREE TOW TRUCK TO HAVE MY CAR TOWED TO THEIR SHOP AND I COULDN'T BELIEVE HOW FAST THE DRIVER WAS THERE TO HELP ME AND HE MADE ME FEEL SO AT EASE AND KEPT REASSURING ME THAT EVERYTHING WILL BE OKAY AND NOT TO WORRY THAT THE MECHANICS WILL HAVE MY CAR FIXED IN NO TIME AND THANK GOD CAUSE HE WAS RIGHT!!! FOR THE WORK I GOT DONE ON MY CAR AND THE FREE TOW AND THE GREAT PEOPLE THERE .. I WILL ALWAYS ALWAYS BE USING THESE GUYS.. THE ISSUES I HAD WRONG WITH MY CAR THEY FIXED IT FOR A VERY REASONABLE PRICE!! I DEFINITELY DEFINITELY GOT MY MONEY WORTH!!!

Honest place and great service!! The owner and Mechanix's know what they are doin.. So glad I brought my Honda there for the free quote and oh btw.. a free tow!!! Can't go wrong with that!! This place came to me for free and towed to their shop for free and diagnosed my Honda FOR FREE!!! And fixed my car for a really good price!! Will definitely definitely be sticking with this place for good!
