I took my friend to the Lynnway store to get a phone and service. Joshua was the customer service who cared for us. My friend, is a professional, who's 20 year phone number somehow got 'lost' when he changed providers. Joshua was on his phone for a long time trying to have the number reclaimed, and assigned back to my friend. I took a long time and he had to speak to multiple people to accomplish. Josh was courteous, kind and understanding. We were patient waiting for him to finish all of the red tape. In just about one hour, we left with a brand new phone BUT Josh somehow got back the old original phone number. He was incredible, and it is not easy dealing with 'older' customers. New phone, case, glass cover, service and the old number back. He even took our picture on the new phone.....Classy guy, excellent service and a very happy customer! Thank you so much.

I went to this store due to a problem that the cell phone I purchased there is overheating and the battery charge lasts a short time, and the manager was rude and unprofessional, I have been with this company for 14 years and I have never received such bad treatment as in today 08-14-2023 by Mrs. Manager, acted with unprofessionalism and did not have any type of attitude to solve the problem and threw my cell phone on the counter and turned his back on me

Both phone numbers I was able to find was out of service. Also when I did get here no one asked if we needed help instead saw a woman vaping.

The people who helped me today are miracle workers! I have so much going on and my phone decided it needed replacing right now. The people here went above and beyond to undo the enigma of my phone situation. I am so grateful!

I was never treated and disrespected more in this store than any other store I have ever been in. I am 57 btw. I had to walk out of store because some girl behind the counter who was no older than 25 thought it is ok to have an attitude with customer

Bought 2 Iphones, Looked at my receipt was charged for a feature change, Samsung Case (I BOUGHT IPHONES) and a wall plug-in charger, honestly didnt want to go to this store because of all the negative things I had heard but it was the ONLY store around that had the Iphones we wanted that had 2 in stock, WORST DECISION, I should have just waited until another store got a shipment in smh

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! Day one was okay obviously because phone is purchased. My uncle has been having an issue with the ACP program. Which still hasn’t been resolved. This isn’t the problem. On several occasions at the store there’s no control with the employees. Most spend more time having side conversations while dealing with customers. Always wearing an Airpod while doing transactions. You can have 5 employees in the store and at least 3 is texting. The manger has absolutely no control over the employees. Many times in the back room laughing and screaming. Even seen them texting with the manager on the floor. It’s a MAD HOUSE here. And the attitude they have because you’re asking for help with a program they offered is ridiculous! If you can’t handle customers complaints then this isn’t the job for you!!!
