This Credit Union is just awesome, for over 6 years and even recently when I became a mortgagee, when Lucrecia Perez was just stellar! (and in my sincere opinion) instrumental in spearheading her team to meet all our banking needs in a timely fashion, my local branch staff takes the time to address my banking needs with a positive approach and great customer service. I have spent 18 hours collectively on hold in the past 2 weeks and still have not managed to speak to a person.My debit card was incorrectly cancelled and I was told a new one would be mailed to me ASAP.It has been 3 weeks and I have gotten no card and no response.Appointments are during my work day so I now have to take PTO to attend a bank appointment over a card that should have been mailed to me by now.The line to get through the drive through bank is easily an hour wait, so it has been literally impossible for me to withdraw money.
