They promised to see me in half an hour, but after two and a half hours, they informed me that they would not see me today. They increase prices on the spot as soon as they sense that someone really needs it. I do not recommend it.

Went to get 2 plugs put in on two of my tires that were leaking air and got charged $40! Guarantee there are other shops that do it for a fraction of the price

Talk to Rich. He'll get you the tires you need. The Spanish lady there is very courteous. I have gotten tires and had flats fixed here for years'.

These guys are amazing I called beginning of last week to price 4 used tires they said 340$ with install and 30 days warranty. So I got the money up went down at 5:30 pm today 5/23/24 They remembered me got my car right in and right out had some great conversation while there they are quite funny ? the “used” tires I got a literally like new I’ve never seen a used tire of this quality honestly! I highly recommend them. I will be going back within the next week for my oil change and think I may have found a new auto repair place! Thank you Mell’s Tires and auto shop I appreciate all of you ??

Mell’s tire is awesome, I bought 4 used tires and have had other work done. Have been to both locations western and Lynnway and I am amazed at how thorough, fast, and professional their crew is. They have me as a customer for ever. Keep up the great work

Absolutely fantastic experience here. My ball joint screw dropped out and I had to be towed in. They had my car fixed in 25 minutes and the pricing was very fair- highly recommended.

Bad for business. They can’t owe up to their mistake and play the blaming game. Knowing they mess up the stud and hub when they over torque the wheels. Never will I bring my business to them again. Watch out for this place.

I don't recommend this place Mel's Tire, it's the worst. I went to apply for brakes at 9 AM and they delivered until 6:30 PM. I'm just saying my experience and based on my experience I don't recommend it.
