I needed a dress for prom and the only worker there was racist. She gave my friends and i weird looks the whole time we were there and made up excuses for us to not try on the dress. my friend and i are black and my other two friends are hispanic. would recommend the dress shops in square one mall instead.

I went to this store at the South Shore Location. I was looking for a wedding gown I saw one I thought was beautiful and wanted to try it on the lady was trying to charge me a nonrefundable 40.00 just to try on the dress. That's ridiculous I walked right out! and they lost a potential customer.

Horrible customer service from an associate named Alexandria if that was her real name. Disgusting attitude. Dresses are overpriced and low quality material. Be careful they will purposely sell you damaged stained dresses. Then will not accept a return or exchange. Its unfortunate that this is the service in small own business that wants the support of the community . Over priced dresses not worth it

I went to the one in the north shore mall to look st dresses for my prom and i asked to try one on and they just said oh sorry we don't let anyone try anything on here like ??? how am i supposed to know if it fits or looks good i was so confused ???

I sat in traffic for an hour traveling here from Beverly just to get there and have the woman tell me they are closing 1 hour and a half early which left me with 10 minutes to shop. I was pretty upset seeing as their website says they close at 7. They don't have many sizes and they aren't as stocked as the store in the mall. I'd recommend going to the mall store instead.
