Had the best experience with this shop! Everything went smoothly. My SUV was backed into in a parking lot and they took off. All I did was make the claim drop it off and they took over the rest. Even recommended a couple car rental places. My vehicle came back good as new! Very professional and knowledgable, I would definitely come back again

Best quality work around. Won’t take my vehicles anywhere else. I’ve also taken many different projects to them with nothing but great outcomes. Communication is also there where you will get updates on your vehicle and they always takes their time to explain things in detail!

I believe that any job well done should be recognized and when it’s a 5 star job and the owner and employees have gone above and beyond then it should be made well known to everyone. i had been in an accident last month needing a lot of body work, but with the help of the people at Igor’s Auto body this was not a problem. They guided me through the entire process and at the end the car came back to me looking Amazing and for that I’ll always be grateful to Igor’s auto body. Any issues with your car this is the place to bring it .

I am a real estate agent with eXp Realty and need my car car to be in tip top shape, after an accident on route 1 Saugus, a coworker recommended IGOR'S AUTO BODY in Lynn, his whole family has been taking their cars there for years he said, so I went on a Friday at 4:00 pm and they took my car in, made an initial assessment, showed me what had to be done, contacted my insurance company and did all the paperwork, they also called enterprise and got me a rental car that they delivered to me right there!!, about a week later they called to come and get my BMW and when I arrived I couldn't believe my eyes, the thing looked BRAND NEW !! this was totally an amazing job, attention to detail and top notch customer service is their number #1 priority I guess, I am very happy I came to Igor's Auto Body and I want to thank all the guys that work there!! GREAT JOB!!
