I went to pick up my rental car. Not only was it not ready, but the vehicle they tried to pawn off on me was filthy, with torn seats—something you’d expect from a junkyard, not a rental company. The front desk agent was shockingly rude and utterly useless; it’s a mystery how she’s employed in customer service when she clearly has no concept of it. If there were an option for zero stars, they wouldn’t even deserve that.

The Lady at the front is very time you walk in she start being rude telling you what kind of cat your going to get I order the car on price line she then try to push a Electric car on and gets very upset worst experience had I just walk out connect with Priceline to get my refund it all worked out but you need better customer service

Very rude and unprofessional staff at this location. They didn't have the car I reserved and didn't offer a free upgrade to the next available. I will not be renting with Hertz again. I would have appreciated a call to tell me they didn't have the car I reserved available (they had my phone number and texted me the night before to remind me of my reservation!!).

I regret not catching their names, but Hertz is lucky to have the sisters who work at this location. Both women are extremely hard working, caring and beyond competent at their jobs.
Not only did I have a great experience with them, I watched a beautiful interaction between one of them and a customer who was having a bad day. The way she handled the situation was perfect customer service, you can tell she really empathized with the customer.

Stay away from this place. The receptionist is rude, unprofessional, and arrogant. The office is terrible—disorganized and very low-class. If you go there, be prepared for awful service.

All of these poor reviews are true. Not only are the women who work here miserable and completely unprofessional, she gave me a car that had a deflated tire within 200 feet of pulling out of the lot onto the Lynnway. I did a u-turn and brought it back only to be told that I really should put air in it when the low tire pressure light comes on. I told her I just drove it off their lot minutes ago so I shouldn't be responsible. She seemed annoyed and said she'd put air in it in their garage but I wasn't able to see what was going on because the door was closed. After not driving it all weekend for fear of a flat tire, it deflated again on the same tire when I tried to drive it only less than 1/2 mile. I put air in it on the side of the road with an air gun, promptly returned the car the next day and then crossed the Lynnway on foot to the Enterprise across the street, which was a totally different experience. Obviously it has a slow leak but the women who work there don't care. I don't know why Hertz management has failed to address the very serious issues with this location.

Listen customers before you even rent a car ask them about administration fees for tolls usage $9.99/day on top of regular tolls. Which is stupid because they’re not gonna tell you. Unfortunately the Worst part, the only way you will found out after you return a car. So be aware ahead of time or you will pay the shitty price.

Came to pick up our rental car we reserved online. The lady was rude off the bat and the place was unclean inside and very unprofessional looking. I immediately regretted our decision to rent from here but decided to continue with our reservation process. The lady told us we would be paying an age fee since we were using my credit card (even though i wouldn’t be driving) we still agreed to this requirement. She then told us we’d have to pay an additional fee to add a driver. Once again, we understood and were in agreement to pay. She then said that this was not going to work and wouldn’t take our money. Read that again - we were in agreement to pay $200 more for these fees and she didn’t want to deal with the whole process because it was more work for her. So we decided to go across the street to Enterprise where the front desk there apologized to us and said it’s a normal occurrence that people walk across the street to them because of the awful customer service at this location.

If I could give zero stars, I absolutely would. Such a trash establishment and would highly suggest the front desk lady find a new job- doesn't seem like customer service is her thing.
