My husband and I rented 2 cars here in the last week. Both ladies who work there were super helpful and very polite. They made both rental experiences easy. Would definitely recommend and definitely rent from again. Don't let the low rating put you off coming here. You can't please everyone!

It was the worst experience I've ever had in my life. I have never seen such a bad customer representative in my life. I don't know how she can speak so rudely and boldly. I wouldn't want to be here again and I can say that no one should ever go. The woman named Nicole didn't rent me a car because I asked questions. And she said she wouldn't give it. I was verbally abused by this woman. This person ensures that no car is rented from here.

I got auto accident and my insurance company authorised a rental car Hertz in Lynn. I called them a week before and made reservation to meet at the auto shop. They said they would come to pick me up and bring me to the Lynn office to choose a car. But that day, nobody showed up. I called many times Hertz, but nobody answered. I wasted 2 hours, stucking at auto repair shop. (Fortunately they were nice). I could not reach Hertz, so I contacted my insurance company to rearrange another rental car with different rental car company. Don't trust them! It's terrible experience. Response to the answer from Hertz- if you have a time to respond to google reviews, answer the phone!

The worst thing about Renta is that they don't even serve you well with reservations. I don't recommend them to anyone.

The attitude from the woman working at 8 AM on June 5 was absolutely appalling. Never in my life have I ever seen someone working in customer service with such a nasty, rancid, and dare I say ghetto attitude. I will never even attempt to rent from them again. Management, please look into the NUMEROUS complaints about the attitudes from your employees and consider starting with a fresh crew. These workers will tank your business.

I will define this store with one sentence. TOTAL LACK OF RESPECT FOR THE CONSUMER. Don't rent anything from them. I rented a car from them. It was a Friday at 11:20 AM. The car had a problem within an hour of use. I had to call the tow truck to get the car. They didn't give me another car. They said it was only on Saturday. On Saturday I went back to the store. They still didn't give me a spare car. I requested my money back. They said they can't refund the money or get me another car because they are having communication problems with the company that towed the car. I am UBER Drive. I didn't work for 3 days because of this. My last money, 550 dollars, was retained with them. I.e. , They kept my money and prevented me from renting a car with another company. I lost 1000 dollars for 3 days without being able to work. Another detail. I had to spend about 100 dollars on transportation to the store. Why???? Simply because they don't answer the phone. I called countless times. This is revolting.

My first time visiting this place and will be my last. Worse place ever in the history of Hertz rental car… The employee Nicholle Quinones shouldn’t be allowed to work around customers with the attitude she has. She attacked me physically and verbally which no employee should ever do to a customer. From the moment I entered the establishment to pickup my rental I was yelled at by Nicholle. She had her young daughter in the establishment which shouldn’t be allowed especially after how she treated us. Even my witnesses couldn’t believe what they experienced today. This individual shouldn’t be allowed to work around people. I will be sending corporate the video and etc from the incident today. She barely assisted me with my reservation and she automatically said nothing was available. Yet I did see her give another lady a rental after me. The cops were called because she came out the store to jump on me and my witnesses. Management should be aware of this situation and I will be contacting the higher ups on this matter, so it doesn’t happen to another person. I also called AAA to let them know about the situation and that the location is up to something there and shouldn’t be allowed to offer cars for them. The employee discriminated on me from the looks of things.

Been renting for about 9 months through a company. First time visiting this location. Absolute worst stay away from here. Workers arent even trained on actual up to date policies

Don't go to this place,this place is totally is scram,I pay one this car in the cars as a result,this people quite my money everything also the employers are terrible,this people have terrible mood and they can't helper when you need help.

Had my first experience with Uber rental and they didn’t have the correct car size available but were able to swing an upgrade at the same rate for me..totally made our Boston trip so much better! Thanks Julio and Niccholle.

On the market for an EV and decided to rent one for the weekend and had an amazing experience. Nichole went out of her way to take me to the Revere location and get the model I had requested for, she is truly professional and went above and beyond-- from communication, to even cleaning out the car, and making sure I was happy when I returned. I had a TPI sensor error (one of tires low on air) and came back to the Lynn location on the way home and Julio filled out tires for me even while he was busy w/paperwork. I was billed exactly what I reserved for and Nichole told me to drop off car before close due to the inconvenience when I arrived a few days earlier, which really helped since I had a busy day. Really impressed by the customer service, especially by Nichole whom is a very caring individual, I will be renting from this location in the future. I am so impressed by Hertz, I am currently looking at their listings of used EV's to purchase.

I rented an electric car but the car battery is not holding a charge, I went to the store and they said they did not have another car available for replacement. I asked for information about charging station available for use using a card, and the attendant informed me that they did not know how to indicate any charging location. I make a point of leaving my review here not recommending Hertz to anyone looking to rent a car, I would renew the rental for another erro but will look for another rental company.
