From start to finish working with this company was a great experience. I called from Nevada looking to get a dryer repaired in Swampscott. Could not have asked for more. Friendly professional, knowledgeable and ontime, not to mention reasonably priced.

Shout out to Greg Rogers Appliance repair in Lynn for their prompt, courteous response to my need for refrigerator repair. Of course, it broke on a Sunday so I called and left a message and received a call back before the shop was even open on Monday am and scheduled it for Tuesday. Then he called back and squeezed me in for that day between 1 and 4! Ps. I did try one of those “always open 24 hr repair service” I saw online, spoke with a live person on Sunday who assured me someone could come out that day but didn’t receive a call back until Monday. Fortunately, I was already set up with my go to Greg Rogers by then! His honest approach to “repair or replace” in the past and his cost to repairs has always been fair.

My mom has had her washer dryer for about 25 years and they have been serviced by Greg Roger's Co. for the entire time. The only mistake she's done was not purchasing them from Greg Rogers. Even though they were purchased elsewhere Greg Rogers treats them with kidd gloves. ALWAYS on time, ALWAY, knowledgeable with what needs to be done, and always with the tools/parts necessary to complete the job at hand. The cost of every job has been ridiculously low compared to other companies. The men are so friendly and kind that it restores my good feelings about servicemen. Courteous Kind Thrifty ...on a scale of 1 to 10 I would have to give them a 12. Fantastic business and I really wish that all business owners took lessons from this company. Please keep up the fantastic work. Thank you so much

Mike was very helpful from diagnosing the issue with our washer, helping us arrange for a plumbing repair needed before the washer repair could begin, and following up to schedule and the execute the repair. Highly recommend this business.

Just not a professional behavior. Very rude. And mostly just expensive. He is ripping people off. He will charge you $100 for just tightening the screw to your dishwasher. So I would think twice before calling him.

Peter from Greg Rogers showed up right on time, fiddled with my non-working stove and had it back working again very quickly...Then he told me that since it was such an easy fix the charge would be much less than I had been quoted. So far, assuming the stove continues as it is, this has been a terrific experience.
