Horrible horrible customer service and communication skills. I bought a Groupon from this place for a cut and color in September. I texted and called Gina numerous times no response. Finally I stopped in to see if the place was still in business and she told me she only take appointments. I told her I have been calling and texting but she nv responded. I showed her my text messages dating back to September. She told me to txt her again I did and long story short she made appointments with me and canceled 3 times. It's now 12/31/19 and she just txt me back to schedule an appointment again. I reported her to Groupon and got my refund. 0 stars if you ask me.

The worst place ever!!! I am writing this review while I’m at the front door. I have been waiting for more than 45 minuets. My appointment supposed to be at 10am and they never showed up!!! I call and they don’t pick up the phone. Also no response to the text messages!!!

Best Brazilian blowouts ever. I use to get Groupons before going to Gina, but no more. Comes out awesome every time and last 7-9 months! I now et my hair cut with her. Love it.

Gina's salon sucks in my opinion. She sells illegal bootleg Louis Vuitton and Uggs hats/gloves. She rescheduled me TWICE the same day. I come in and she's working on a client. Taking her time, chatting it up. Because she didn't want to put highlights in my long hair. She kept dilly dallying and After she was done with the client she started texting, eatting, and went in the hallway to talk with one of the ladies. She says text me what you want done so I can get an idea. Like come on stop!! You know what highlights look like. So I straight out told her I've been here for almost TWO hours and you haven't touched my hair. You clearly don't want to do my hair. She's like if that's how you feel I don't think we are a match. I don't think this moonbat with an ugly wig on is a good match for anybody in my opinion.

Gina Gerardi's salon is now called Salon GG, and is located very close to the Planet Fitness on Boston Street in Lynn. She has expanded and now offers massages, nails and waxing as well as hair services. I have been going to see her for over 3 years and am always happy with her work.

Gina is the best hairdresser in the world She can fix any problem and will take you anytime day or night or on weekends. I have been going to Gina for years and her prices are reasonable and she's always up on the latest trends. Check her out and her new location in Lynn. She now has massage therapy, hair extensions and a lot more.
