The driver ran a stop sign at near a school and almost hit me with kids in the car then laughed it off clearly this company doesn’t care who they hire !

Driver was swerving through traffic and nearly caused 2 accidents. I called to complain and the person on the phone said he was responding to a police call. Hahaha. Yeah right.

My grandson's car got a flat and he called me for help. I called Fleming's Tow Service. and they arrived in less than 30 minutes. They towed it to Town Fair Tire in Salem. The driver, Matt, was great. He walked me through the whole process and made it easy. He is a credit to the company. After the negative reviews on Yelp, I was a little nervous, but Matt was great. No problems. Will definitely call them when I need towing.

if I could give this place a 0 they staff are rude I was in a car accident where I had to go to hospital they brought my car to this place I went back to try to get my wallet out of my car owner tells me I can't because they need to talk to insurance I just needed my debit card and wallet.I went in for a third time and I was not able to get my plates one of the guys yelled at and told me that in Massachusetts there is a law where once my vehicle enters their lot my vehicle becomes theirs, I know it's not true because I have already filed a complaint with the attorney general.

They will tow you with you in the car this company does not care at all they just want money from towing cars parking ban or not I was in my car they still had the audacity to tow me with me in the car an guy say I was not in my car which I was was idiot just shows you don't check to see if people are in the car or not towed me once dropped down further street little bit then dropped me on side road an 20 mins later another two truck towed me in car an refused drop as I was in the car then he did after arguing with the idiot don't use this COMPANY SO MUCH OTHER COMPANY THAT ARE CHEAPER THAN HIM IF U EVER NEED TWO GUYS DONT USE THIS COMPANY!!! Solve it 7 will be called ASAP

My Opinion This tow truck company is very unprofessional/Rude the drivers don't know how to drive they don't make the stop sign then want to fight people on the road when they are the one thats wrong.Its Dangerous because it's a Huge Flat Bed Truck so Make your stop sign and you wouldn't have a problem on the road. I DO NOT recommend this tow company at all at all, And if they tell you I'll talk to my drivers it's bull because they will try to retaliate just like it happen to me.
