The gentleman who answered the phone at the tow yard was a very rude person and nasty human being and should learn ethic in customer service.

Went to pick up my son car and never had I ever been talk to with such ignorance before totally unexceptable. I guess it's he's yard the owner. So can treat you any way he wants.I give them an F-
