2nd time I purcased from him! Amazing friendly and so knowledgeable! This time boned in pork chops. So tastey and thick. The first time a Vermont chicken. Family loved it!!!!

I have to say I visited this shop today and got some goodies. I am a seasoned high end Chef and his goods are on point. The cured meats are extremely well done. I would love it if this shop was in Florida so I could shop there more often.

We tried selections from the chicken, pork and beef options:Best bacon on northshore - comparable price to quality bacon you'd find in nice supermarket, but all meat (i.e. - no added water to plump up in case that cooks off)Josh makes amazing all beef (pork casing) spicy sausages - just the right amount of heat - and other pork sausages were greatChicken thighs were plump and grilled up greatJosh was extremely knowledgable and clearly has a passion for what he does. What a great place!

Josh really knows his stuff. I challenge you to find better quality beef, chicken or pork on the North shore.His chickens are the best I've cooked in recent memory. Pork as well, amazingly good flavor and texture. Beef is no let down either, I've tried a bunch of different cuts and they are all fabulous. Just go!

One of the only place I get my farm to table meat. He had organ meats, beef tongue and goodies that you can't find anywhere else. Customer service is great ??.

Amazing meats. I’m no longer buying meat from any grocery store and will continue to come here. This butcher proves to be an incredible value for the quality you get ,and it’s a no brainer for me to continue to support them. Which means you should too.

I've been searching for a real butcher shop for a long time. I finally found it. He has the best of everything and if you want a special cut of meat, he is your man. He brings in the whole cow. Definitely check him out . The store is immaculate also

Tried some of the sausages today for the first time. Delicious. 3 and 5-year-old ate them happily as well. Will definitely be back for some of the other items!
