Buyer beware! We purchased all our Jenn-Air kitchen appliances from Ferguson less than 2 years ago. On Tuesday we woke up to a warm refrigerator and freezer. They had stopped working during the night. Everything in the refrigerator and freezer were completely spoiled. We immediately called Ferguson to have the refrigerator serviced since we purchased the extended warranty through them. The first person we spoke to said that it could take up to 24 hours before a service provider could call us. I called back on Tuesday and was told they would call them and call us back. They called us back before they closed and said Supreme would contact us to schedule a time. I called Supreme Appliances and left a message as well. We never heard anything that night or the next morning. On Thursday I called Ferguson again and they repeated Supreme Appliances. I told them that the number they gave me was a voicemail. Ferguson said they would contact Supreme again. I asked the rep if we could switch to another service company and they assured me that they would be out as soon as possible. Supreme called my husband back and told him that their tech was out of the country and would not be available for another week. My husband said, "we have 4 kids and the refrigerator hasn't been working for 2 days. We need someone sooner." The rep hung up on him. We called Ferguson again and told them what the rep had done and asked for another service company again. They said they would put us on a rush service with Whirlpool. On Friday I called Ferguson again stating that whirlpool had not contacted me and now it's been 4 days and I still had a refrigerator that wasn't working. I told them I was concerned that now we are headed to the weekend. Again Ferguson repeated we were going to be all set. I called on Saturday and Ferguson True Blue was closed. So now I am on day 6 without a refrigerator and no service date in site. Do not buy anything from this company and definitely do not buy their service plan. Ferguson doesn't deserve even one star but I have to give them 1 to post this review.
