Waited almost an hour as Marisol is helping someone, horrible customer service we were just told to sit and wait.Hire more people for customer service on weekends or have conversations more private not for the entire bank to hear the transaction the women who she was helping has had. Will not be coming back here.

Everytime I go to this bank I always have a great experience. Everyone is friendly and great. I have nothing bad to say about them. They are hardworking employees in there. They always there to help you small or big, fixing issues you name it they will take care of it. I recommend this location.

They closed my account with no warning or anything. Went in to get a new debit card and apparently they couldn’t give me one. Also, couldn’t even reopen the account. I was an EBSB bank member originally and this is ridiculous. While I was there .. other customers were also there extremely upset with all the nonsense occurring with this bank. I never had great experience with EBSB, but this is absolutely ridiculous. I recommend staying away from this bank.

I've always gotten great service at East Boston Savings Bank that's why I trusted them for over 30 years and now that it's Rockland Trust Banking I'm still getting great service.
