I am a regular at this store and I have to say that the 2 managers Chris & Nick turned the store around as about 6 months ago the store was a disaster and you couldn’t find anything now the store is clean and well put together but honestly even with those 2 amazing managers I probably will not be going in there anytime soon because the other day I went in and couldn’t find something so I found a manager she was a female I am not sure of her name but as I was talking to her she was nodding out standing up while in mid conversation with me and she almost fell on top of me. Then as she was ringing me up she was nodding out again. I feel sorry for Chris and nick because this is what they have to deal with but I will not be bringing my business there until this gets sorted out because that is a danger to not only your employees but your customers as well. What kind of people do you the dollar tree have working for you. I was so happy about the store being turned around as it’s the closer one to me only to walk into this mess also as I was walking in I found suboxone strips on the floor like a child could get really hurt! DO BETTER DOLLAR TREE!

Today, I visited the Dollar Tree Store on the Lynnway in Lynn, MA and was pleasantly surprised! This store has been horrible the last couple of years...dirty, empty shelves (because the items were on the floor)...terrible! I shopped elsewhere. New Management at this Dollar Tree has improved my shopping experience 100%. It was tidy and the employees were kind and helpful! If you had a similar experience in the past, I urge you to give them a second chance...you will be glad you did!!!

So I am an advert shopper of Dollar Trees to say the least! It's my HAPPYPLACE! A few months ago I had shopped at this location and the shelves were bare. So much that when I went to the cashier I mentioned to him , "what is going on in here? There is hardly anything in the shelves? To my surprise I was speaking with the manager Chris Mizzola. That was shocking to me that he was actually rings in the customers. It was very bleak to say the least. We had a nice conversation. I just went in last night after 3 months and to my surprise , the shelves were stocked, full, and neat and organized which made it so much more fun and exciting! I thought to myself dollar tree must have sent a crew in to fix this store. One woukd think, right? Guess who cashed me out, Chris the manager! I was so excited to talk with him and compliment him on how things have changed!!! Come to find out the muscle behind the transformation was Chris and only one new employee! I could not believe it wasn't an entire crew??, Nope, Chris just needed one great person and the two of them were off and running ! Dollar Trew should be so prould of Chris!A lot of people especially today, woukd have quite and walked out! Chris stuck it threw and got that store back to where it needed to be! Apperently poor management before Chris took over added to the problem! What an inspiration Chris is ! Thankyou for all your hard work! Love a dollar tree addict, Kim Santa Maria

The boss josh filipponi is lazy, sells weed to customers, allows his girlfriend into the office with important information about all the employees in it. Things shes not supposed to see. Unfair work environment. Fires people without probable cause. Violates employee privacy and does not follow store policies.

The mngr needs to be reprimanded due to the store literally looking like it got ransacked! Nothing on the shelves where it's supposed to be everything in total disarray! Terrible waste of my time just going there!
