I usually don't have the best experience at this location but today was the best I have been treated at a pharmacy ever in my life. Yomayra was so on point and actually cared about my situation. I have no insurance for now and was about to get only one of my medications because I couldn't afford both of them at once. She took the time to find the way of giving me a discount so I could have all my medications. Than you. Who know what would've happened if I didn't take my medications for a whole week. Again thanks Yomayra

I was extremely satisfied with YOMAYRA, she helped me at the Pharmacy. She was very pleasant with a great smile. It is very important to have employees like her, especially at the front. She certainly knows how to have patience with the public, and her smile and patience show that. Linda

Prescription counters are busy places these days. Yomayra at the Lynn store was excellent, very kind and gave me great tips on future discounts.

Horrible pharmacy. They never fill my son's prescriptions in full even though I call to make sure they do everytime. They never answer the phone either and it's an hour walk in this cold for me to be walking for nothing cuz they don't have it ready. SMFH

Terrible service. My doctor sent a prescription over on Thursday and it was not filled by Saturday morning. They claimed it was because they didnt have my updated insurance information but made zero attempt to contact me or my doctor. And honestly what harm would it have done to fill it and tell me the price when i got there. It is only $12 without insurance! And could they be nice enough to fill it while i was there? Nope. Told me it would take an entire hour. And when I provided my insurance card, they couldn't even put it in. Like how incompetent are you?

My ordeal of trying to get a prescription filled for my mother's heart medication that she is required to take daily began on Friday, December, 20 with 3 calls to the pharmacy. Two calls were made to check the status of the prescription which the automated system indicated was still being processed. The third call kept me on hold for 15 minutes waiting for a pharmacist to answer the phone with ultimately no response. On Saturday, December 21, I opted to go directly to the pharmacy & after spending 20 minutes waiting in the pharmacy drive-through line, I was informed that the prescription was still not ready so it would be an additional 20 minute waiting period after which I should go inside the store to pick up the medication. After collecting the prescription and arriving at home, we were surprised to find that only 3 tablets of my mother's prescription which was supposed to last her an entire month had been provided to me by the pharmacy without explanation. I called the pharmacy immediately and was informed that the prescription will be completely filled the following Monday, December 23 as there was a limited supply of the medication in stock. On Monday, December 23, I called the pharmacy to check the status of the prescription which the automated system indicated was still being processed. As my mother had enough medication to last until the following day, I opted to wait until then before heading back to the pharmacy to collect the remainder of her prescription. On Tuesday, December 24, I again called the pharmacy to check the status of the prescription which the automated system indicated was still being processed, I stayed on hold to speak with a pharmacist for approximately 30 minutes until my call was disconnected. I immediately called back and remained on hold to speak with a pharmacist while I literally drove from my place of work in downtown Boston all the way to the CVS store in Lynn. I intentionally continued to stay on the line while walking up to the pharmacy counter so that whoever was on duty could clearly see my predicament and hopefully provide a reasonable explanation as to why I was still on hold for over an hour at that point in time. The person behind the counter proceeded to inform me that the pharmacy was now closed as the two customers ahead of me were the last ones being served for the day. I attempted to ask for an explanation as to why no one was responsive to my calls and was bluntly told that the pharmacy staff had been busy. After trying to explain that my mother's daily prescription for her heart medication was overdue, I was dismissively told to come back two days later on Thursday, December 26 as other customers had also been waiting on their prescriptions for up to 3 months so she was apparently not the only one in line. There was absolutely no effort made by the staff to check on the overdue prescription or offer any kind of assistance whatsoever to remedy the situation. The lack of concern and unwillingness to engage or assist me was apparently evident in my extremely frustrating interaction with the pharmacy staff on that day. As the Pharmacy Manager, Vanlang Ma may deeply regret that they were not able to meet my expectations regarding my pharmacy experience. I, on the other hand, find the complete lack of care, professionalism and customer service that was on display during my visit to the pharmacy utterly unacceptable.

Unless you absolutely need to come here, dont. This place is a mess. It's a CVS like any other, but very little staff, unless they are hiding somewhere. The pharmacy is unbearable to deal with. They never have any prescriptions ready when they are supposed to be, even with notice multiple days in advance. The delivery service is also a joke. My mother in law has to use this pharmacy and she tried the delivery service and they were days late, leaving her without her medications. There is always one person at the register in the front and I've never waited less than 15 minutes to pay for something. Save yourself if you value your time .

This is the second time they messed up my prescription, it says they gave me a 2 month supply when they only gave me one month supply, I run out next week, I can sit on the phone otherwise with them, they’ll tell me I’m wrong, I can’t afford for my medicine to be having mistakes, my insurance only pays for one month not two, so I don’t know what to do. They don’t care. I think I’ll be switching pharmacies after I call my doctor and tell her of their mistakes.

Dont come here. Place is backed up. People cut in line and staff is too lazy to pay attention and maintain the order. You get sent between windows even though there's no difference between the computer system.

DONT GO TO THIS HORRIBLE PHARMACY, this is the worst customer experience I've ever had and I deal with people on a daily basis. All of the pharmacy staff including the pharmacist them selfs were VERY rude and gave me an attitude. They also had lied that my doctor had confirmed my medication and said that THEY DIDNT HAVE IT and they said that that "somehow had some they didn't know about". Extremely unprofessional. I will NEVER come to this pharmacy. And as a matter of fact I will be switching to Walgreens.

Don't bother calling the pharmacy to refill. They stand around the store just starting or in better descriptive words, listening to it ring until the person hangs up. Been calling all week trying to refill my birth control, on hold for an hour each day I tried calling. Finally came in person because I got fed up. Literally many calls coming in people walking back and forth ignoring incoming calls. Long wait in line while there was other people behind the counter doing nothing. Smh horrible changing pharmacy ASAP!
