SLOW SLOW SLOW..... They seem to not care about the patient. ZERO stars if I could. I had to go three times to pick up a handicap persons med for them. I had tried calling before showing up, but no one answered the many times I did. When I finally showed up at the pharmacy the phone was ringing off the hook and no one bothered to answer the phone. Waited in line for 15 minutes just to be told the RX wasn't ready. The prescription wasn't ready they told me they would get it the next day. Showed up the next day stiff nothing. I finally got the script after 3 trips and a week later. The only explanation I could think to this extremely poor service is the pharmacy staff being overwhelmed, overworked and/or stressed to the point they no longer give a dam and just show up to get their paychecks. I would hate to have an elderly or sick relative to have to deal with this is not cool. As someone who had worked at a CVS in the past, I know this was not the way stores/pharmacies were ran. CVS step up your game, so you don't lose your customers!!!!!!!

In this place there is a person working who is very rude... he is an old man who wears earrings and has painted nails, I went to buy flu medicine for my children and this man in a rude way yelled at me asking me if I wanted to take the medicine I had to show him my ID and I'm 40 years old, this guy grabbed my medication out of my hands and was very rude and racist because I'm Hispanic, I will honestly never return to this place.

Seriously the worst customer service. They literally told me my doctor prescribed my medication wrong. Huh? Scripts are never ready. The last 3 times I came to get my prescriptions, I had to come back 4 times bc even though the phone messages said they were ready, they weren't. And the Pharmacist, Josh, had an attitude. There is a reason there is no good reviews. We aren't all wrong. If ur gonna use cvs...this is not the one to use. Byyyeee....

the pharmacy is INCREDIBLY slow, it has taken up to two days for them to fill a hospital ordered script. apparently weeks for some who have previously left reviews. additionally, they do not answer the phone when you call, i was on hold for an hour without someone ever answering.
use any other pharmacy in the area.

The pharmacy has gone way done in serving customers. They don't have enough help if I try and call I stay on hold forever as ipssed to other cvs I've been going there for 12 years in the past 2 years it's just really bad.

Jackie and Yvonne were amazing , Yvonne helped mw find my body wash that I needed for my dry skin and Jackie helped me search for my 25% off coupon through my email . Excellent customer service.

If I could give ZERO STARS I WOULD .I just recently lost my mother and my grandmother months within each other and am on new medication that has been "out of stock" for a week now .Spoke with pharmacy tech Darius whom of which was very unprofessional and hung up on me after telling me to travel to the Boston location when I live in lynn and he meant Boston not Boston Street in lynn.Called back spoke to the pharmacy "manager " Alana, and she had the audacity to call me "crazy" for being upset about the treatment I received from her technician and for being upset about my medication. I have called corporate I have a claim number and I hope you lose your job . Both of you .And the store manager of the front part of the store was VERY HELPFUL AND CAN vouche for this , her name is Tamara. Very kind , very professional and UNDERSTANDING.
