This is the The filthiest disgusting CVS I've ever been in, I have pictures, drop off and pick up your medications. filthy the carpets, The shelves in the back where you put your things down to pick up and drop off medications it is disgusting the amount of stuff that stuck to them And then they close down for their lunch Why does everyone have to take the lunch at the same time can't they work out a schedule so that we don't have to hang around there in that filth. There was a time when they wasn't given people back change and they wanted you to pay up why do we have to pay up You need to go to The bank In that particular area a lot of the people need their change You're stealing from the public that's what you're doing, So I know a lot of you will say we'll find another pharmacy I don't have access to another pharmacy I can't get around good I'm a senior walk with a cane.

It's a JOKE how terrible this pharmacy is. I had COVID drug called in by my doctor earlier today. My partner shows up to pick it up and the pharmacy is closed - no outgoing message saying it's unexpectedly closed on the answering machine - it just rings and rings into oblivion. Now trying to get in touch with on call doc AGAIN to have them call it in to the other CVS in town, because god forbid the computer systems link up so that the open pharmacy can take call ins for the closed one?! If you need any sort of time sensitive or important drug DO NOT USE THIS PLACE!

I normally write reviews when I either love a place or I’m disgusted with a place. I’m writing about the later. I am impressed with the level of shi!!yness I have experienced with this CVS. You walk in and you have to navigate yourself into the field of vision of one of the employees to even get acknowledged. Then when you finally get someone’s attention you get treated as if you and your money are nuisance inconveniences not worth the time it takes to glance away from the dirt on the fingernails towards you. Third world countries have better service.

Terrible service. I stood in line for more than 5 mins without one person greeting me or asking if I need help. Then when I ask them if anyone was working the counter I was standing at I get the employee rolling her eyes at me. Then I have to stand and wait 5 more minutes to be serviced. They need more employees and maybe ones that like their job

A front store employee discriminated against me for my appearance. I'm so disappointed and upset. The employee admitted to me while ringing me out that she at first thought I would steal something when I walked in. She then told me she had contacted her coworker and they were keeping an eye on me. Apparently thought it would be okay to tell me this once I actually bought what I was looking for. So disgusting. I wouldn't be surprised if she regularly targets innocent, good people who just want to purchase items.

this is the most rudest ignorant insane absolutely worst cvs i've been 2. 1st they tikd me i had to hold my service dog. and you can't hold a service dog because it can't perform the task they need to do in case i have a seizure. then the pharmacy is absolutely rude. long lines. and the employee maria that works there was so rude to me on the phone. service up front and at the pharmacy except the men. the woman are absolutely nasty mean. and stupid. next time im going to record it and i will post it up on youtube so everyone can see. so many people need freaking jobs. hire more people so there not longer lines. and more polite staff for the pharmacy. again. next time im going to record it and if there rude post it on youtube because ive had enough. oh and keep in mind there supposed to hold prescriptions for uo to 14 days. but not this cvs. they hold it for 5 days and return it. and i read the policy. all cvs are supposed to hold all prescription on shelf for 14 days. i even have a text telling me there going to return it in 5. and when i ask for there name they refused to give it to me at the pharmacy. horrible horrible horrible. next time like i said ill record it and post it on youtube. because im done being treated like trash going into that cvs from all there employees. and them screaming telling me to shut up. pharmacy horrible. fix it or ill show the whole world how they run. and maria today 1/28 at 1:00pm absolutely ignorant rude mean and speak to me and my finance like trash. im sick of this. yall better fix it or the whole world will see. cvs cooperation should be ashamed of themselves for hiring employees treating costumers like trash

My ordeal of trying to get a prescription filled for my mother's heart medication that she is required to take daily began on Friday, December, 20 with 3 calls to the pharmacy. Two calls were made to check the status of the prescription which the automated system indicated was still being processed. The third call kept me on hold for 15 minutes waiting for a pharmacist to answer the phone with ultimately no response. On Saturday, December 21, I opted to go directly to the pharmacy & after spending 20 minutes waiting in the pharmacy drive-through line, I was informed that the prescription was still not ready so it would be an additional 20 minute waiting period after which I should go inside the store to pick up the medication. After collecting the prescription and arriving at home, we were surprised to find that only 3 tablets of my mother's prescription which was supposed to last her an entire month had been provided to me by the pharmacy without explanation. I called the pharmacy immediately and was informed that the prescription will be completely filled the following Monday, December 23 as there was a limited supply of the medication in stock. On Monday, December 23, I called the pharmacy to check the status of the prescription which the automated system indicated was still being processed. As my mother had enough medication to last until the following day, I opted to wait until then before heading back to the pharmacy to collect the remainder of her prescription. On Tuesday, December 24, I again called the pharmacy to check the status of the prescription which the automated system indicated was still being processed, I stayed on hold to speak with a pharmacist for approximately 30 minutes until my call was disconnected. I immediately called back and remained on hold to speak with a pharmacist while I literally drove from my place of work in downtown Boston all the way to the CVS store in Lynn. I intentionally continued to stay on the line while walking up to the pharmacy counter so that whoever was on duty could clearly see my predicament and hopefully provide a reasonable explanation as to why I was still on hold for over an hour at that point in time. The person behind the counter proceeded to inform me that the pharmacy was now closed as the two customers ahead of me were the last ones being served for the day. I attempted to ask for an explanation as to why no one was responsive to my calls and was bluntly told that the pharmacy staff had been busy. After trying to explain that my mother's daily prescription for her heart medication was overdue, I was dismissively told to come back two days later on Thursday, December 26 as other customers had also been waiting on their prescriptions for up to 3 months so she was apparently not the only one in line. There was absolutely no effort made by the staff to check on the overdue prescription or offer any kind of assistance whatsoever to remedy the situation. The lack of concern and unwillingness to engage or assist me was apparently evident in my extremely frustrating interaction with the pharmacy staff on that day. As the Pharmacy Manager, Vanlang Ma may deeply regret that they were not able to meet my expectations regarding my pharmacy experience. I, on the other hand, find the complete lack of care, professionalism and customer service that was on display during my visit to the pharmacy utterly unacceptable.

Unless you absolutely need to come here, dont. This place is a mess. It's a CVS like any other, but very little staff, unless they are hiding somewhere. The pharmacy is unbearable to deal with. They never have any prescriptions ready when they are supposed to be, even with notice multiple days in advance. The delivery service is also a joke. My mother in law has to use this pharmacy and she tried the delivery service and they were days late, leaving her without her medications. There is always one person at the register in the front and I've never waited less than 15 minutes to pay for something. Save yourself if you value your time .

Dont come here. Place is backed up. People cut in line and staff is too lazy to pay attention and maintain the order. You get sent between windows even though there's no difference between the computer system.

DONT GO TO THIS HORRIBLE PHARMACY, this is the worst customer experience I've ever had and I deal with people on a daily basis. All of the pharmacy staff including the pharmacist them selfs were VERY rude and gave me an attitude. They also had lied that my doctor had confirmed my medication and said that THEY DIDNT HAVE IT and they said that that "somehow had some they didn't know about". Extremely unprofessional. I will NEVER come to this pharmacy. And as a matter of fact I will be switching to Walgreens.
