To be completely honest I felt confident going to this shop… When I picked up my solara I was very disappointed. The bumper wasn’t on correctly, the car smelt like cigarettes, the color didn’t even match. Such BS. They gave me an original price and decided to change their minds and didn’t give me an explanation as to why it was more. I plan to never go here again or recommend this place to anyone.Services: Painting

Owner Jose was very rude, made me feel uncomfortable just being in his shop. Was in a very bad mood and started raising his voice at me. Ended up going to K & J right next door and had an amazing experience there. Don’t bother going here when you can go to an amazing body shop with experienced employees right across the street.

Jose and Johnny are THE BEST!! Brought my car in to have Running Boards installed and they told me to drop it back off that afternoon. Dropped it at 1:30 and done by 5. I also had window guards I just purchased in the car as well and they put those on too at no charge. The BIGGEST mistake I made was I left my purse there by mistake and when I called the next morning they had it. Nothing touched! I highly recommend them for their Honesty and Dedication to Always helping and making their customers happy! You have found a forever customer in me.Service: Body & Trim

Jose and his team are the BEST!!!! The process of repairing our car was not easy as the parts were not available anywhere due to the pandemic. He tried and creatively worked with us to figure out an alternative solution which he did. THen he said he would receive these doors and parts in 5 days and all he needed was three days to complete the fix. He was right on! He kept to his estimate and did not overcharge us one bit, even though he had additional expenses to pay to get these parts. His desk staff was great also and communicated with us often. He did a BEAUTIFUL job, and he is very PRofessional and bottom line….. he really CARES! We would highly recommend him !Services: Body & Trim

Three of the rims on my SUV were scraped when another shop was balancing it. They sent us to Caribbean. Before addressing the vehicle's needs, the owner had to ensure he could get the exact pain because we own the limited edition and color was a special order. While the process was going to take longer than we anticipated, the wait was well worth it as the rims look brand new and are a perfect match to the rest of the chrome. This recommendation is written to highly recommend this business should you encounter the need to fix rims.

Melvin Reyes, was supposed paint my car nothing else instead he ruined my car, the inside leather and panels and now he won't take my calls he gave me my car at night time, so he knew that I wouldn't be able to see all the damage, and now he won't take any of my calls.
