“BEST car Rental when you need a PROPER car for the road test!!
VEHICLE was in top shape,people are so friendly!
However,they fail to tell you,if you use pay pal..you don't see your deposit for 21 days!
So have a MAJOR credit card and NOT an online account!
I was told when they took my money "it'll only be for two days"..two days go by."sometimes 3 to four days"..
you should've been honest from the start...Was also supposed to be $200..they tacked on for so many "fees" that it cost doubled that,and I had the car for only 24 hrs!
GOOD THING WE WONT NEED A RENTAL FOR THAT AGAIN!
So if you need a rental for the road test,be prepared to pay WAY MORE than you're told!”

“Excellent customer service!
My car was totalled and insurance offered me a rental. I tried to get a car from Hertz across the street but that didn't go well. After spending an hour on the phone making my reservation, I went to pick up the car and it wasn't available.
I crossed the street to Enterprise and I was pleasantly surprised by the excellent customer service. I was greeted right away, attendant was knowledgeable and made the process easy. He worked hard to get me the right vehicle. He had to make multiple calls because I needed a third row car. Thank you Juvien!
After that, they kept me informed every time they heard from insurance so I could know when my car was due or was renewed. I didn't have to make a single call to follow up, Enterprise called me.”
