EXTREMELY RUDE! I used to go to this store and had several interactions with the staff and never had an issue. I even used to offer to talk to them in Spanish (they do speak English) but just out of courtesy and to set a light ambiance to the whole interaction. The girl behind the counter, ANA unfortunately is very rude, and I hate to say this because I rarely leave bad reviews, but the second you look at her, you can see she's unhappy there. I was on the phone with boost trying to activate my new sim card (that I purchased there) into my new device and they told me the phone isn't compatible with my network. I said the device is the exact same identical one I had been using for 6 months until a day ago (with the same boost number/service). They offered no reasonable explanation at all, on the phone or the girl at the store either! Ana at the store told me "I cannot help you", couldn't explain at all what was going on and why the same phone wouldn't work only a day later. Tried to act as if she went online and came up with a lie about how I used to have A03SS before that's why it worked, when in reality, I checked my old phone's info, and I had A03S (1 S) - same identical type as the new phone (which btw was purchased at Walmart in boost packaging). I ended up having to reset network settings with boostconfig app- and the problem went away! Now my phone works! I recall now that she had done this SAME STEP before for another phone about a year ago, and this time she simply chose not to! Made me wait 3 separate times in line while on the phone with boost mobile for 55minutes, when ALL SHE NEEDED TO DO IS RESET NETWORK SETTINGS. VERY DISAPPOINTING TO SAY THE LEAST.

I used to go to this store because it's convenient to my apartment. But after some recent experiences including today. I will say that today is the last time I will ever go to this store. This store used to have staff that was nice personable and friendlyBut the staff they have now are very rude and act like they don't want to help you. Also I just paid 238 dollars on a new phone which by the way the woman behind the counter claimed she fixed my slow internet problem and she lied my internet is still slow the so called updated data isn't working and the visual voice mail has not been corrected. If you use boost moble, make sure you start boycotting this store the people who work here are absolutely horrible and are ripping people off.

I had a much better experience this time than I did 2 years ago!Ana was amazing. My daughter broke her phone and could not remember her pin number in order to replace it.Ana did everything she could help.When everything failed. She set up a new account for her.She got a really nice phone and we were both very happy with the service.Ana went above and beyond to make sure my daughter received a new phone!

I have had boost for 2 years. Before that it was Virgin Mobile.I have always purchased my phone on the Boost website, at Walmart, Best Buy or Target.I had Virgin for 7 years, when they switched me to Boost.Not once in all that time did I have to pay an activation fee.The phone I wanted is out of stock on the web site.The store on Western Ave has it in stock.They tried to charge me a $60 activation fee.No thanks!

The person who assisted me was very rude & ignorant. Very helpful with an other customer who spoke her language. Not helpful either. Also had another person behide the counter watching my friends every move. Made my friend feel uncomfortable. Wouldn't recommend going to this store at all.
