I was told when they took my money "it'll only be for two days"..two days go by."sometimes 3 to four days"..
you should've been honest from the start...Was also supposed to be $200..they tacked on for so many "fees" that it cost doubled that,and I had the car for only 24 hrs!
GOOD THING WE WONT NEED A RENTAL FOR THAT AGAIN!
So if you need a rental for the road test,be prepared to pay WAY MORE than you're told!”
“I am highly impressed with the service, professionalism, and rapid turnaround. I brought my car in with a large, deep scratch on the rear right door. I got my car back clean and smelling like new, but it was also polished and free of scratches. The owner, Cessy, communicated with my insurance, so there was very little I needed to do. The receptionist and mechanics were friendly and attentive, addressing all my concerns. I would absolutely recommend this efficient shop—10/10! I had my car back in less than a week!”
“I had them look at my 2016 Mazda6. Dropped it off at 8AM. By noon they had called me to confirm what I suspected was the issue (damaged wheel bearing), and asked if I wanted to proceed with the repair. By 3PM they called again to let me know the car was ready. I did not think my car would be back on the road the same day so I was extremely surprised and pleased. The cost of the diagnostic and repair was very reasonable in my opinion at $150 total for labor.”

“I was there to replace my windshield. Before going, I was quite nervous because my car had the HUD, and I saw from the internet that your HUD may become blurry due to different type of glass. However, my experience here was excellent. HUD looks the same as before, and they perfectly transfered every stickers to the new windshield. Very nice service!”

They worked amazing with my insurance and kept me in the loop when the original estimate from my insurance needed to be adjusted . I have also brought my car there for paint touch ups and a small dent removal not using insurance and they are very reasonable with their prices compared to the previous shop I had used a few years ago. It's never a great day when your car is in the shop but they definitely do what they can to make the best of the situation.”
